It's been at least 2-3 months since she came to the mansion. This is the first time he really stood up for her. And today's episode - he 'rewarded' her with a proper breakfast while he still sat at the head of the table she wasn't allowed at. Then hell broke loose. I'm meaning, he's just starting to show her kindness. Many times before, he gave her crumbs of care then took it away. She's going to have a hard tme trusting him. Viewers like Baran so much, they mostly wish Dilan overlook everything she's been through and just forgive everything. Thankfully the series makes him work for it.
Balan is allowing his jealousy of the doctor to blind him. He does treat Dilan like a prisoner. He won't allow anyone to visit her. He won't allow her to go anywhere. He knows what her future meant to her, yet won't wholeheartedly encourage her to pursue her dreams locally. He thinks a few moments of small, kind gestures are enough for what he's taken from her.

Call police for what for buying tickets for someone wife to travel and she end up been kidnapped he doesn't have a case because dillan didn't give him information about her marriage it was derly if dillan personally ask him for help that will be a good reason to involve the police but dillan made it clear to his teacher that she will not leave the family
