That pudding is like créma brûlée. I think. That is normally thick. I’m with Mega. We would be fighting over that one. What really amazes me how you find so many different cultures in a vending machine.

🖖 Thanks for making this video, Eric. The Tebasaki reminded me of eating chicken wings in Nagoya. 🍗 The dessert shown at 19:05 is Spanish, not Italian. "Crema Catalana" is essentially identical to the French "Creme Brulee".

Although everything looked delicious, my top pick was the chef's salad. It's always a winner!🥰

The Creme Catalana is actually Spanish - and is an absolute treat any time. The wee bit cinnamon really lifts it, and I would choose that over a creme brulee or creme caramel any day of the week.... great choice for your dessert :D

Japan vending machines have such a huge variety of foods. American versions are mostly limited to snacks and drinks at least in the south.

I am curious about how much prep/cooking do you have to do with vending machine meals? I know you've found some bending machine where it states obviously to cook the meat (raw meat vending machine I believe they were). We have nothing like those machines here. The most I've seen is maybe a sandwich machine but only in a cafeteria. If I get to go to Japan someday, I want to make sure I'm prepared when I use one of those machines😅
