I met my girl by going to the same cafe multiple times over the weeks I was there. I would see her there a few times a week with her co-workers. Finally I just walked up and introduced myself to her and her coworkers. I later found out they were betting on if I would ever say something to them and was one of the reasons why they kept going there for lunch.

I just want to say thank you for sharing all these impressions and good vibes with us. I currently still live in Germany and have been working for a good year now on my plan to immigrating to Colombia at the end of this year. Furthermore, I would also like to say thank you to you and other RU-vidrs because without your influence on your videos I would probably never have met the woman on the other side of the world with whom I have now ended up in a very happy relationship. It wasn't planned, and I wasn't specifically looking for it, but it's even nice when it does happen. Keep it up, I wish you all the best, and maybe we'll run into each other someday. The first drink is on me (although I hardly drink alcohol anymore).
@@Gregtman502 If I don't have much gold, she digs in the wrong place. I understand the point, but I wouldn't assume it unfairly and across the board to every woman. Also, not a materialistic person, and money isn't particularly important to me. She knows that I work hard, work hard for my own business, invest more in my education and still don't swim in a sea of "riches". It was also a very long road before we ended up in a relationship. And during that time it was never about financial matters. I've been living a very simple life for a long time and am not interested in showing the outside world what I own or what I can afford financially. It wasn't always like that, and there was a phase in my life when I spent money with open hands. During that time, I lacked self-reflection and never really answered the question of what I really wanted in life or what was more important to me personally. A well-paid job that doesn't interest me, that I don't enjoy, and that I only do for the money? I would rather forego the money and the luxury it offers and instead prefer to leave my own comfort zone by starting new somewhere else. A different country, a foreign culture and, with luck, the right woman at my side. As long as there is give and take on both sides, and you complement each other on many levels, I don't worry that she will dig for gold. If that's the case in the end, I'll chalk it up as a life experience and continue on my path. In any case, I have more to gain than to lose.

I can attest from what you told that guy with the Vietnamese ex-wife, no gold diggers in my home Nicaragua, the women will either like you or not, that is my only regret in life, is not going back to my country and leaving the USA when I was able to. I am trying to move back to my country, once I figure out how to sell my house and work remotely from there without my company finding out. Ace side note, my dad died in December, born in Nicaragua and a beloved priest in the Episcopal Chicago community. Usually I’m in Costa Rica because the Tica’s took my heart traveling but now I’m going to Bogota and Medellín for 2 weeks this month to hop out my comfort zone. My Spanish isn’t as good as yours but you definitely calmed me more on visiting South America! Appreciate the content

First time I ever watched a 2 hour vlog and it was worth it I think the thing you don’t get enough credit for is your ability to connect with almost anyone no matter what walk of life props to you. Definitely motivated me to gone ahead and learn Spanish and few other languages to travel around the world to meet new people because being able to communicate effectively definitely changes the travel experience never know who you will meet or be able to experience
