I can actually understand almost everything she says. There are some Venezuelans and Colombians that I really struggle to understand. They prepare San Cocho caldo and Mondongo in Colombia as well. The Venezuelan arepas are much better. Sometimes the Colombian arepas are caucho
That's a chocoholic's heaven... What Volpe tasted was grinded cocoa mass, the raw pure stuff. The criollo coming from Chuao is indeed one of the best varieties, it won many awards. That awesome lady just revealed the ''secret'' why the industrial chocolate is so cheap everywhere: lots of chemicals added, mixed with other fats. Most of the shelf chocolate is made with African cocoa( about 95% of the world production and cheaper), but the taste cannot be compared with criollo. Couldn't find any Chuao raw materials to make my own, but managed to find and ordered the Chuao chocolate, cannot wait to get my greedy hands on it. Those great people deserve to be promoted, thanks for the video!
Bro I'm in tears watching your vlogs. My entire family is from Venezuela and I lived my high school and college years there and haven't been back since 2010. Unable to renew my Venezuelan passport and gaining a visa has been difficult. Love that your videos are showing the amazing culture that Venezuela has to offer. Visit Nirgua, go to the Llanos, Puerto La Cruz, Margarita etc... Your videos have really brought up a lot of emotions in me and made me cry happy tears thinking about some of the best memories I have. I tell my friends all the time how amazing Venezuela is and have never been able to show them, they only know it as a nation in turmoil from the media. What you're doing is amazing, keep it up mi pana, que dios te bendiga!
I am full gringo from Alabama, and I have been learning so much about Latin America over the past two years. I have Puerto Rican extended family and have been there , including last summer, when I met a nice older gentleman from Venezuela and had good conversation. I really want to see Venezuela and other countries in the region. These videos from Carlos really fuel the fire. I love the nature of the people, and the beauty of the nature. Mi corazon llora por ti. Los mejores deseos!
@@davidberrada5993 true, however the probablity of finding a tradicional woman in those countries in like latín América/carribean are waaay higher than in América srry
@@cocolokoflacco LOL 🤣Yes Venezuelan 🇻🇪women are very Family focused, but they’re not as easy going as you think! In my experience women are women the world over! I‘m sure if you’re from the states 🇺🇸You will find a nice Venezuelan🇻🇪 girl there’s plenty there especially in Miami!! Bueno suerte! 🤣
I’ve been on a binge watching all of your videos. The hospitality, and genuine vibe I pick up from the local people is so inviting. You can see it’s all love, straight from the heart. Not once have I seen anyone be rude, or have a “what’s in it for me” attitude. When I compare your Miami Beach video to the Venezuelan ones… it’s such a polarizing difference in vibe. The self centered “hey look at me, follow me on Instagram” culture in the states vs the selflessness of the Venezuelan people is a real eye opener. It’s clear what the people of Venezuela value. I love it! Thanks again for your uploads, stay safe! 🙏🏼
You know that’s significant when Anna says about the boat “there are worse” …😅. She’s a trooper … it’s early, it looks hot 🥵 already and she ain’t complaining ..most American gals would never do any of this stuff
its amazing such a simple plant with so many benefits.i love the people of different shades of color embracing each other.small towns and villages are the best.
Bro you're going to hit a million subs in no time that's awesome and I love how we're getting to see a tour of what no tourist would be able to . I bet it feels like you're in Paradise
As a venezuelan myself i am so excited to watch this, i have been there before and i can't wait to return soon. That place is special and so full of history, a little gem hidden in the Caribean, i am so glad you can show it to world. Thanks for your work.
Its Venezuela everything goes, I love the girls on all the videos. They do know their staff and take care of you. I just came back from my home country Venezuela. Thanks for the videos.
Ana is so beautiful and she looks really kindly and lovely! She has tourists talent tour!!! Viva las trigeñas venezolanas ❤️!!! Que lindo son nuestras raíces y culturas en Latinoamérica. Lo dice un 🇲🇽.
🤠👍Some sword fishing off the central northern coast too. It used to be a popular touristy activity years ago from charter boats, no idea about it now. In Los Llanos region (The Plains), inner Venezuela far from the coast, there is some river bass fishing and in the Andes, a little bit of local trout fishing in some small creeks, but not a widespread activity though. 🐟🎣
In fact its “Boule lyonnaise” in France Lil zloty. It’s like pétanque but its a différent game. The size of the balls and the pítch are different. In boule lyonnaise they are bigger, like in this vlog
Makes sense we do have french influences but mostly at the west side for example chicken Fricasé wich it's bit different, but we also have some Nexus with Martinica.
man....I would love to get my hands on some of that natural chocolate. The darker, the better for my personal taste. Love the natural beauty of Venezuela....and as always great content 👌
I've bought it online years back while taking a world chocolate tasting tour. The Chuao chocolate is famous, and I believe the bars I tried were from a European company who contracted with a planation connected to this village. Should be easy to find.
though i went to Chuao years back, I learned so much about the place and cacao, from you and your great guia Ana. gracias for this video, and all the other ones of Venezuela. can't wait to see where you head to next. saludos
I've tried high percentage cocoa chocolate and it's definitely an acquired taste. I was spoiled as a kid with sugary milk chocolate. The 78% or higher cocoa definitely makes you eat less because you've had "enough" a lot quicker. That's definitely one of the healthier aspects of it. Thanks for a look at a part of the world I will probably never see.
Of all the news rreports and other travel ads, I have NEVER been shown People of African descent in Venuesuela!!! This is a revelation! Thanks for showing an honest represntation of the diversity that exists in South America.!!
Carlos your them Man been waiting for your new Videos for weeks now. Like always your vlog is always amazing hopefully you bring our favorite Nora before you head back home to the states .
Carlos, El Hombre, brings it AGAIN! I seriously look forward to every video you put out. As I have said in previous comments….it is like watching one of my best friends home videos. Some network should pick you up. Adventures with Carlos. It’s a toss up between Ana and Nora….not sure who I enjoy seeing more! You are a lucky man my friend. Safe travels!
omg the little kitty at the end... so sweet. I have been working with the animal resque shelter for a few years now but that little kitten still breaks my heart
Not for nothing but I love how shorty carried the cooler while you filmed and how she helped with that boat. I'm Dominican from the US and my wife is Colombian/white. There's something about our women (Latinas) . They are partners in every sense of the word... Beautiful, intelligent and not scared to work or pull their own weight!
Wow I am crazy about going to Venezuela 🇻🇪. Venezuela 🇻🇪 I am coming baby!!! Happy birthday Rosa mamita 🌹 💐! Together ❤️ we strong 💪!!! Beautiful countryside = Campo
I've watched several of your videos in the last few weeks, and I've really been enjoying them. So I just subscribed. Love the travel tours. By the way, Ana is so cool! Thanks. 🙂
Soy frances y en el sur tenemos un juegos de bolas muy parecido que se llama la petanque y la atmosfera es la misma todos gritando para saber quien es el mas cerca 😂
Wow another unexplored Venezuelan Beach and exotic dishes like Sancocho & Mondongo !! 13:50 Cute Bird got scared by Cute Doggo ! Poop as a Gift/Souvenir LOL 17:30 Interesting Game a new thing for Me obviously and I hope many !! Nothing like getting Pure Chocolate from the source though M also not used to bitter and too strong dark chocolates and the Pet Cat was just enjoying ur pat !!
Yo dude your videos are fire, respect for how you conduct yourself with people, this is great source material its great how you put yourself in situations where youre surrounded but shine God bless you
What a trip. I live in a city, have almost everything I want and stuff (food, bike, school etc...) but I'm not ass happy as these people I see in the video, also I feel like I'm not living my life to it's fullest and I have become to the conclusion that material things make some happines but while in the road to take all those material things you kinda loose the fullnes of life. Cheers everyone, comment if you agree and want to add something!
Lived on my moms side with plenty of materialistic things and plenty of money but they didn’t know how to have actual fun. Lived on my dads side in poverty but have had fun times that I’ll never forget. Just goes to show you that money can’t buy happiness it’s about family and what comes from inside. The thought that counts!
14:30 "Bolas Criollas", quite popular in rural Venezuela, very much like Petanca/Petanque in Europe, but the ground is irregular, adding some randomness to it. Probably brought into the country during colonial times.
That game they were playing reminded me a lot of "Jeu de boules". I played it when I was a child here in Europe there is a starting ball thrown and all the contestants must throw their ball as close to the initial ball.
