Is this reed organ an example of a single manual with a full pedalboard? And if so, what model is it?

@@Zardman7 It is some what easy to find a 2 manual reed organ with a full pedalboard, but it is difficult to find a 1 manual reed organ with a pedalboard. This is the first example that I have seen.
