Very sturdy in comparison to other strollers that we had. I get a lot of compliments for it. I use the rain cover just to cover the car seat when it rains. If your front wheels don't turn well, make sure you lubricate.
Baby can only use car seat for up to two hours at a time with a 30 minute break in between, as baby doesn't lie flat and it's not good for their developing spine.

Do you mean how to clip it into the buckle? Like I said, you would probably find it easier to contact the shop you purchased from. We are a shop that sells Venicci, not Venicci themselves.
I am having the same problem, did you manage to figure it out? I have pulled them at the back but when my baby moves the straps loosen again! Need them to stay tightened
