one thing I really like about BBC Hindi is that they use pure Hindi to narrate news and spread knowledge. This helps those who really don't know any or most of the English words plus we understand better in our language and get to know new Hindi words.

मेरे ख्याल से शहर को मध्य भाग से फिर से एक उचाई तक नया बनाया जाये और धीरे धीरे सभी इमारतों ,रास्ते मतलब पुरा शहर को एक उचाई पर नया बनाया जाये ,जैसे दुबई और होगकोग का समुद्र को मिट्टी से भरकर जमीन बनाइ है।
शहर के कुछ आवश्यक हिस्सों पर कुछ मीटर मिट्टी- पत्थर- कंक्रीट क्यों नहीं भर दिया जाता है? अन्य शहर के हिस्से को जलमग्न रहने दें। वैसे भी पर्यटक शहर है और इसके लिए यही स्थिति बनी रहना चाहिए।

Instead of putting the water in the bottom of the town it would be better to raise 150 cm whole area of the city by putting soil and stones. All ground floors of the buildings shall be dedicated for low hight parkings and restaurants. This would be done on faster way as well as sustainable way for long time. Also, there would not be any requirement of sea water barriers in the future.

If it may be possible that the highest wall at the seashore made like Chinese wall. It may be possible that we could save Venice city. Or we can use zink with other building materials to make wall . The wall can be strong.
This is crazy idea, will lead to the end of the Venice city. There is no guarantee that water will stay forever at sub surface level perhaps it will unstable the the ground .
