I had a Tamilian friend in college. I had South Indian coffee first time at his house, it was amazing. As a North Indian, I can say, South Indians have mastered the art of making fabulous coffee

As a non-Indian this was nevertheless a very helpful and well done video. In a lot of cold weather places in the US we use heavy cream in coffee for much the same reason you use the buffalo milk. Some people look down on that but I find coffee with cow's milk too watery as Mr> Bhat said. I would like to try the filter coffee with Buffalo milk one day if given the chance.

Rasigan sir neenga.. Me and my dad are ardent lovers of coffee.. I never had a good filter coffee in any of the star hotels. It was always worse.. My dad use to tell when a new chain of hotel is opened, taste the coffee first the rest of dishes taste will reflect. Wat's ur view?

Filter coffee is my favourite chef😋i used to cook from my school days but interest and experimenting in my cooking started only after seeing ur shows in vijay tv chef😊now i cook with the same amount of ethusiasm, interest and joy as u do....😊

Hi, can you tell me whether a plunger is necessary in a filter coffee maker? Some of the websites that sell filter coffee makers do not include a plunger with the product. Also, what is the precise use of a plunger? Thank you.
