I love the way you refer to your dishes as people ! Adai and avial was very good. I'm 79 years "young" and I still like to browse through the cooking recipes. Life is a learning process. I have been cooking for my family since 62 years ! God bless you Venkatesh !

Yesterday evening, I tried Adai and the side dish. Really mouthwatering . Excellent taste and fantastic combination. Usually I hate to order this in restuarants. Kept full faith in you and did the same without any compromise in ingredients and methods really awesome. Gave to neighbor also. All in my family enjoyed a lot. Really the whole house is filled with aroma of the nice blend of sambrani and the dish. Thanks a lottttttt. And a very special thanks for your jovial and livelyness. Hello sir.. We have come to accord quite a few times and once we were given broccoli-corn Adai as starter. It was amazing and we even talked with the chef there. He was kind enough to give us the recipe printed out. I still have it as a Treasure. I make it whenever broccoli is available in market. Infact that's the only broccoli recipe I do, as I am much drawn to it and don't go with another and waste a good broccoli. Remembering that seeing this video of yours...

Superb recipe sir. For adai in thanjavur style we used to make five holes in the adai and pour oil in that. Becomes very crispy. And my grandmom and all never used a laddle but she used to take the adai maavu in hand and will spread it on the tava. So we call it as adai thattaradhu nu she used to say. You explain it so well air. Thank u

Sir, I saw ur initial cooking videos in vijay TV anchored by sharmila.. U were so shy to even talk that she helped you.. But later on wow what a transformation.. I have one thing to tell to u sir. U used to tell kasuri methi as kasthuri methi.. Hope u would have changed it now..

@@k.malathi3957 it is called kasuri methi... Methi means fenugreek.. And kasuri or kasoori is a place in punjab.. Where it grows well.. Check and give information.. If u knows it wrongly and somebody correcting it try to accept it..
