I did Peerkangai chutney as you showed us in video sir. Awesome taste. I don't like Peerkangai but after tasting this chutney no words to tell. Sama sama arputha taste ❤️❤️
Drooling chutneys😋 Peerkangai chutney is my children's favourite. I must make it at least once in a week. As you said it's very healthy veg. Ginger chutney my recipe is different, but your recipe tempts me to make it immediately. That Jo you are simply wonderful, now a days the ladies who are bound to cook is not having pasence to stand and an cook even with pressure cooking they does not know how much water is to be added and how much to cook/ no of while to be given. Thank god after seeing the cooking I will be cooking the two reveipe.

Sir ginger chutney was too 🔥🥵 I did as you said. With each and every measurement. Please next time mention about spice level. I tried 75% of your recipes.. including sweets, desserts, savorys .. everything came awesome . But today I made a big batch of ginger chutney and couldn't able to tolerate the spice. It's my kind request to warn about spice levels .. thank you
Sir I tried yr pudina rice. It was really amazing. Everybody in our family loved it. And most important is as u adviced i applied in vegetable sandwich also it was really awesome. 👌👍

I am finding it difficult to follow when you say the ingredients in grams.. please say the measurements in measuring spoons or standard cups.. sometimes people say pulli nellikai alavu.. something like that.. I ate pirkangai chutney in green and white color only how come it is red in color Usually we boil peerkangaai and make chutneys This looks nice i will try it surely
