I feel like people don’t realise that Mongraal and MrSavage are endgame heavy players. The reason they haven’t qualed for many finals is that they’d have to drop 30 bombs in Top 1,000 lobbies which they simply can’t do because Mongraal is still improving. Mongraal for me is Tier 1 right now, he has just gotten so much better but nobody is going to say anything about that because they’re endgame heavy in formats that don’t reward those things (Such as Top 1000 to Top 50 in FNCS) If you’ve watched any Round 3 games you’d know that after the first hour all the games are completely dead with on occasions having 20-man endgames which is insanity and shows how bad of a job Fortnite did with this format. When we’ve seen Mongraal and MrSavage get in to endgames they’ve played so well, coming 15th in the duo cash cup making it to endgame 3/5 games they played, them dominating scrims, because when they make it to endgame they play so well. If they qualify to FNCS I think they will not be looking at a LAN Qualifying Finish but if they’re fortunate with the others lootpaths (ergo not getting griefed brainlessly) they may just find themselves in the fight for the FNCS itself. By fighting I don’t think they’re the best team but endgame-wise next to Tayson and Eomzo they are the best on the region.
