I could write a book on dealing with varicosities ... I am 77; it all started when I was 15 years old. When I was 17, doctors did surgery on both legs "stripping" the large veins that run up and down on the inside of the leg. That was supposed to prevent problems with future pregnancies. However, it did not ... my first pregnancy was so very painful, flat on my back w/my legs elevated for months. I was in too much pain to walk, so went swimming every day, doing laps, to help the poor circulation. During birth, a vein that had been super engorged burst ... what a mess. Within 4 days of the birth of my child, I had 4 clots in my right leg. That was followed by decades of dealing with varicosities and clots. Sonograms showed that the valves in my veins were not opening and closing to pump the blood through my body. They just kind of flap about uselessly! Hence, decades of walking and rebounding every day to pump the blood through my body. Keeping my weight down is required. I wore Jobst stockings for years, and daily during pregnancy. I would wait until the pain was so bad that I couldn't walk anymore, then search for a surgeon who understood the pain and how to stop it. Had Sclerotherapy in 2002, and it was like night and day. Such relief. Sadly, he retired. "Veinablation" in 2012 was awful. In 2018, I searched for someone who did the Schlerotherapy and found a Cardiologist who did both legs, one at a time. I had waited too long. It was about 6 weeks before all the pain subsided. He said not to wait so long before getting relief, but to get them removed before they get so bad. I've had over 7 procedures since 2018 so haven't been in the severe pain. There is no cure ... I feel like I was born with a compromised circulatory system. My father's sister battled Thrombo-phlebitis most of her adult life. In the meantime, I continue to rebound, and walk 4 miles a day to prevent clots. Sadly, I did have a small stroke in my 30's and a mild heart attack at 70, but by the grace of God, I'm still here! I do 10,000 steps a day to pump the blood through my body. At 77, I am still very active. I've gotten clots from medications, so I don't take medications anymore. I am very pro-active re: my diet ... choosing quality of life over quantity. I'd like to die "moving" like my grandmother who died at 73 rowing a boat! It was a clot - aneuryism in the brain. My mother was ahead of her time, she always said, "Keep moving!" My daughter is a Physical Therapist with the elderly population. She signs all her communications, "Keep Moving!" So yes, it's possible to live a full life when dealing with bad veins. I hope this helps someone else too ... God bless you all! \o/
Bless your heart. You are a champ! God Bless and keep you strong to keep going till healthy. In our Sweet Savior Jesus Christ, Blessed Advocate Holy Virgin Mary. Amen. ✝️🙏🏻❤️🌼
💥 My mother had developed bad varicose veins !! I found the most easiest thing she could do .....and it got rid of them.. If it is blood pooling in your legs, I told her , everyday, lay on the carpet and put your legs up the wall for 15 minutes. So your bottom is close to the wall, your legs are up the wall resting on the wall. I read that it worked, and it did! They are gone, mostly. You are welcome. read the update she needs to do it daily.
I believe she did it daily and after a few two they reduced and then after a month it faded a lot more. I do not remember the exact length of time but it reversed her problem that was getting worse.
I am one of those that developed the varicose veins after pregnancy. I was so happy to have heard of the RedVine Leaf extract, immediately got some and began taking religiously. It has been 13 weeks, and there is no change for the better. Perhaps, they are worse. I'm 53. The idea from the comments, where the daughter instructed her Mom to lay on the carpet everyday with her legs up the wall sounds interesting. I'll try that. This venous insufficiency is getting uncomfortable and I'm having to wear the stockings everyday. I'm back about two months later to update about laying with my legs straight up (like the daughter's mother did...earlier in these reviews). It's working. It took about a week and a half, laying with my legs up my wall for 15 minutes, everyday. One afternoon I noticed that I did not have my tight stockings on. Wow, was THAT exciting. It hadn't occurred to me that I'd needed to stop and put them on. Now, at two months, I can go frequently without the stockings...not yet all the time, but it's obvious that this is super helpful. Also, I noticed that drinking coffee made my veins feel bad. I had to quit coffee. But, the trade off is good. Also, I found a strong tea that is really good (strange, that doesn't bother them) and roasted dandelion root drink took place of coffee👍.
Right on, thanks for the comment and the update. Glad you are seeing success. I just started taking some vein supplement that contains Diosmin and vitamin K2. I’m going to try the legs up the wall as well. I’m a 39 yr old woman and I’ve had these darn veins since childhood. I started getting those sclerotherapy saline injections at age 14 but it’s just a temporary fix. They always come back with a vengeance. My spider veins definitely got worse after Covid as well. They look so awful that I couldn’t dare show my legs in public.
Very interesting, thank you! Not drinking coffee probably additionally helped because caffeine uses the same detox pathway in the liver as estrogen. So this helped you get rid of excess estrogen. As well, dandelion root tea helps detoxify the liver. These along with the wall laying sounds like a great treatment plan. Thanks for this!
@@rkvic1919 I am still adding the exercise into my routine, but It does get annoying to stop and lay down daily. I'm not one of those people who likes to remember to do anything like that. But it helps. Also, I'd quit doing the Red Vine Leaf that Dr Berg mentioned and just did the leg exercise. But, perhaps they were working together, because even though I've kept up the exercise, the veins haven't felt as well as they were with both the supplement and the exercise together. So, taking the supplement again, too👍
My god. My mom had this problem, and she visited so many doctors but no one explained it to her like you. Very well explained, thank u so much sir. You put it in the simplest manner possible. Love from india. Stay blessed
My mom had huge problems with it, immobility and pain, a lot of issues contributed to it. By golly, I did take supplements before but perhaps not long enough, it seemed those supplements did not help much.
I have asked Doctors for years about my legs. They say it’s hereditary. Now within the last year I have been diagnosed stage four cirrhosis of the liver and I do not drink and I do not smoke and as I have listened to you I have learned so much thank you. But I still cannot understand why they did not find it until just last year. I have diabetes, cirrhosis of the liver, and I have also had a heart ablation done a month ago all of this has been happening and I’m only 61. I don’t know what I would have done without you this past year and learning everything that you have told me on RU-vid it brings me to tears thank you so much you have given me home where I did not have any before. ❤
You scared me. Have you ever had symptoms of cirrhosis? Please tell me... How did you reach the fourth stage without showing any effects... Please reply, and thank you very much.
I have grade 3 hemorrhoids that, after watching this video about 2 months ago, went from very painful and bloody after a bowel moment to zero pain and zero bleeding after less than 1 month of taking 1350mg of Red Vine Leaf daily. Not an extract but capsules of ground leaves. But my order for more never arrived and after a few days the hemorrhoids slowly returned, and then fully returned until a new bottle did arrived a week ago. After taking 1350mgs again since I have seen a dramatic improvement again which proves to me that Red Vine Leaf worked for me and I just wanted to share my story to help others! Thanks Doctor Berg!
You'll need to avoid caffeine to see a difference in your veins. I have to do decaf coffee because when I don't my hemorrhoids and varicose veins flare up immediately. Caffeine constricts blood vessels and slows blood flow...bad for veins.
I have been using Horse Chestnut Extract to amazing results for the past two months.I'm 77 with a history of blood clots about 8 yes ago.No longer a worry for me as I bicycle 4 miles a day and a workout at a gym for 1 and a half hrs 6 days a week.Love your channel.
Can you also research the amount how many times a day without overdosing on the arnica gel and arnica homeopathic remedy pills ? enternally and external?
Thank you Dr for posting this video. I have had spider veins, varicose veins since my teen years. I am now 53. I have mentioned this issue with every Dr. I have come into contact with, and NOT ONE, let me repeat that... NOT ONE single Dr. gave me any information, any plan of action, NONE of them helped me. Veins on younger women is considered to be a cosmetic issue, now that I am over 50, veins are expected. Yet to have them my entire adult life is a bit much. No one would listen to me. And they still don't. I just mentioned this problem to my current GP, and I was ignored again. It is not only frustrating, but also sooo disrespectful. For more than 30 years I have been trying to get help with this, and in just under 7 minutes Dr you gave me more information in this video, than all of the Drs I have seen, combined! I appreciate your time and continued efforts to educate the public on common everyday medical issues and real medical solutions.
A vascular doctor might be able to help you. I was basically in the same boat as you and found that compression stockings are very helpful. Also elevating the legs when you can ,walking, and drinking plenty of water.
I am 60 and I have been suffering with varicose veins for 40 years , I have had every type of treatment available and tried every natural remedy , I can assure you nothing works , and they come back worse the more surgery you have , my GP has told me varicose veins are incurable and the NHS Will not treat patients for it anymore , you have to mange them yourself with compression stockings , mine bleed and I usually end up in A&E to stop the bleeding or I would die because I loose so much blood , the condition has ruined my life so I feel for anyone who has them ❤
@@eldoty9687 Because cheese is in three of the six food groups to avoid for people who suffer from varicose veins. They are salt, saturated fats, and dairy. The other three are sugar, alcohol and refined grains. Whole grains, fruits, vegetables, unsalted nuts and seeds, lean protein, and herbal teas (stinging nettle, raspberry leaves and mullein) are good foods along with adequate water (no chlorine and no fluoride). Did you take raw apple cider vinegar with mother (organic Braggs or homemade), apply castor oil (home health brand is a good one) and oil pulling with it as well as take one or more of the herbal teas mentioned before? Horse chestnut also helped many people. You suffered a lot; I am sure at least one natural remedy will work for you.
This is exactly what’s going on with me. I had no idea about the liver part but since my estrogen is “high”, and progesterone low, it’s also causing the majority of my migraines and heavier periods which prevents me from building up my iron so I am constantly anemic. I’ve noticed so many more spider veins and lumpy veins since my last pregnancy. I’m an elementary teacher so I’m on my feet all day. I exercise a lot more in summer because of the fatigue from standing in school year. I’ve begun making my own natto and eating it every day along with adding a little apple cider vinegar to my water but this is the FIRST and only video I have found connecting my issues.
do yourself a favour and leave your job. my mom was a teacher and most of her friends too. it's a life of withering away. dont do it to yourself, it's not worth it. take care of yourself and the very first thing to do is to look for another job. the only thing you'll get from your current job is ruined health.
Indole3carbinol+ dim (both phase1 liver detox) + calcium d glucurate (phase2liver detox) then vitex for high prolactin and Bioidentical progesterone are helping me keep it normal
Stubbled across Dr Berg's channel and I have to say not only does he fully explain but also makes it easy to understand. The medical profession generally just throws medication at you but also never gives comprehensive information . Great channel, very informative. 👍👍👍👍
I love how you explain topics to really help people understand the process of how our bodies work. Clear and concise in fairly easy to understand! Thank you Dr Berg! Keep them coming 😉 take care -Jody💞
Dr, Berg, I love your videos, but this one really hit home! I have a lot of the symptoms you described in this video...and I think I had a heart attack a week and a half ago...I am changing everything in my life to become the healthiest I can be. I believe the body can heal itself. Thank you for all of the informative videos....God Bless You!
Watch the Barbara O’Neil lectures on human physiology, she explains in some of her educational clips how the body can heal itself if given the right condition.
I’m only 28 and have these bad on one of thighs/legs. I’ve been pregnant 2 times & run 5 miles a day, 5 days a week. I’m so insecure about them, I won’t even wear shorts anymore. Thank you for this information
If it’s any consolation.I’m 29 with two kids and have the same problem. I also will not wear shorts. I’m very active too and would love to wear them again.
Thanks Dr. Berg. After being treated for my Trigeminal Neuralgia with Carbazmapine I developed Hepatotoxicity from it and suffered cirrhosis as a result. You are just about the only medical professional I trust right now. This information will help me going forward.
It is incredible, this video rescued me. I am in Asia and I got terrible leg cramps, and leg pain. It felt like a blood flow issue. I have to admit I did not want to go to the hospital. I had tried Calcium, Magnesium and Potassium which helped a little. I thought it may be linked to dehydration, as it is so hot. Yesterday I was in despair as I could not get the pain, tingling etc under control. I then saw this video on my subscribe list. The exact problem I was encountering. I watched it three times. Unfortunately, there is no Red Leaf Extract in the shops, but there is Grape Seed Extract. I took your recommended dose and in 24 hours the tingling and majority of pain has gone. In fact, I could feel the blood flowing back. I cannot describe the worry I have been under. When I get back to the UK I will get checked out, but I am so grateful for yet another great video.
@@MrCc4pm ...It isn't easy to get GSE in the US anymore. It is very expensive and hard to get. They hardly don't sale grapes with seeds anymore. That could be a cause. It's good to have alternatives.
I clicked on this because after recently changing to keto (6 weeks ago), I noticed last night that my veins are improving in addition to other benefits. Thanks for sharing!
Please stay away from keto. I was on keto for 3 years and I am recovering for 4 years. Calorie deficit in combination with berberine before eating, can shed 20 pounds in a month.
@@yousoskibbidy They improved minimally, but they’re still very visible. I have continued keto which has helped me improve my health, but my varicose vein issue has not changed significantly since I posted this comment. i was taught varicose veins, grey hair, saggy body parts are symptoms of a lack of colloidal copper , which brings back the "elasticity" causing the strengthening of the tissue and veins and tendons.
You are one of the highlights of RU-vid, I love the things I learn from your channel. I am 66 and want to keep my health for as long as I can...so far so good, but good info like what is on your channel is hard to come by, thanks much!
I have an aunt that has deep vein thrombosis and varicose veins in both legs. My mom use to tell me that I would have them to eventually. Well I am happy to say I don't. After 3 pregnancies in which one of them resulted in multiples, I thought surely I would get them, but I still didn't. I am wondering if they will catch me in old age, which I am not anticipating. The differences between my aunt and I, is that I am physically active, I drink herbal teas all day, I drink alcohol on occasion and I stretch daily. I also eat lots of fruits and vegetables and meat once or twice a week mostly fish. So I guess I must be doing something right. However if something happens, I always have Dr. Berg to refer to. Great info as always Keep em coming.
@@Drberg Dr Berg, I'll have to search to see if you've already done a video for ppl who had their gallbladder removed; especially during a gastric bypass. Thanx in advance for your opinion on the matter.
As a 22 yr flight attendant, I was diagnosed with vein insufficiency & last year had DVT. It’s been a struggle to constantly feel the “thick”, heavy, tired feeling. I wear con presión hose a lot now. Thank you Dr. Berg.
I have hundreds of spider veins from my ankles to my thighs that developed after pregnancy. My legs swelled up to 4 times their normal size during the last trimester of my pregnancy and it was miserable. After delivering my beautiful baby, the fluid retention dissipated after 48 hours but I’m left with hundreds of spider veins. In some areas there are so many clustered together, it looks like bruising. I have not been able to wear a dress or shorts in 4 years because I feel so self conscious about my spider veins. I am 34 and don’t want to live like this anymore. I’ll try anything.
You need to see a vascular surgeon! Look up vein clinics in your area. Insurance will usually cover varicose veins but not spider veins because they consider it as cosmetic. I had this problem after my pregnancy, I didn’t even know I had varicose veins until I was tested with a ultrasound. The surgeon told me they were hidden and that is the reason I was having spider veins. Even after the surgery you will probably need to go have a saline treatment yearly for a few spider veins. Hope this helps!
It's amazing that everything goes back to the liver!! I've done a root cause analysis on my health issues and have found It's the liver!! It's the liver!! Wow. Thank you Dr Berg!!👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽
During the Covid lockdown I bought a freeze dryer and started doing all sorts of vegetables for powder for smoothies. This made a huge difference in my liver function. I have never heard of red leaf extract but it is now on my radar
@@Thedurtytruth actually the powder isn’t replaced by fresh veggies. I add this for even more. Kinda like the “balance of nature” vitamin only I’m using my produce and it isn’t in capsules
Thank you Dr. Berg, as usual you've provided more helpful info about a problem I'm experiencing in your videos than my regular family Physician has over the years. He has offered no suggestions (for what I finally found out through my own research was CVI) other than walking, and saying it was incurable. Again, your advice always helps & provides useful info, so thank you!
As a kid, my grandmother encouraged me to eat some of the tiny leaves from red grape vines. They are, actually, very tasty. It's great that they might be good for you. One thing is not going to cure all, but the natural, untainted leaves do less harm than good.
I got varicose veins during my first pregnancy at 29 and completely avoided worsening them or getting them on the other leg when I had our son at 40. I had been keto few years before and during my last pregnancy and my blood pressure was in the perfect range during my keto pregnancy.Pre keto I also had extreme swelling in my legs which disappeared after the diet change. I try to work out every day but I will give the vine extract a try! The issue in my left leg is purely cosmetic but it bothers me tremendously. I am tired of feeling too self conscious in shorts. So thank you for giving me a little hope I can resolve this issue without surgery.
Have you researched treatment options? I had sclerotherapy on my spider veins and it's made a huge difference. After one treatment most of my spider veins are gone and mine were pretty bad
I was trying to find out WHY little capillaries in my eyes are breaking-- actually just 2 in the last 3 or 4 weeks, but I've never had it happen b4 in 72 years, so... When I got to thinking about it my legs have developed several more spider veins and that hasn't happened in 46 years (last child's age). Since all the eye vessel problems say just rubbing your eye can cause it, I looked for leg vessels breaking and there was Dr. BERG telling me what is going on❣ I'll try to locate the herb you mentioned-- I had already thought I should try tudca for my digestion. Thank you again for having a video for absolutely EVERYTHING. You're amazing! 👏👏👏👏👏👏
When carrying my twins I developed varicose veins. I have been looking for years how to get rid of them without surgery. Thank you for the information.
OMG this is what I am looking for, thank you. I go to a few doctor and they said at my age 33 years old is impossible to have a varicose veins and deficiency copper, they just tell me to move as much as I can, but if I move too much my muscles get more pain. Thanks for the video.
Dr. Berg you are a godsend finally a doctor that gives you alternative ways to treat . The information you give out is gold. Thanks Dr Berg for all you do keep doing it we truly appreciate you.
Other remedies for CVI: Horse chestnut seed extract, pycnogenol, and Detralex (Diosmin and Hesperidin). You can find research studies on all of them. If you are taking an anticoagulant do be aware that these preparations might have blood thinning properties.

I had no clue that the liver system problem causes spider veins. definitely will check out the new remedies pills. I do believe walking and exercise are the golden keys to keeping blood flow. Sitting and standing for more than 8 hours could ruin healthy legs or will end up getting varicose veins!

@@DDumbrille Wether you believe in any of the God's worshiped today is understood. But to see the amazing organization, complexity, information man still learns every hour, everyday something new. It it difficult for scientists to even describe much without using terms that imply organization; complexity, design, and purpose. There are constant attacts on the Bible-which I studied the top (by population/believer count)10 religions. Their, for instance, "account's of Creation", all in comparison to the Scriptures, was like comparing a little childs fantasy description made up. While the bibles detailed account of creation , states what types of life were created in what order, is very close- or same (cant remb exactly) to what scientists have found. There are quite a few things, that show wisdom way before man had knowledge of them. For instance, when God's people were in the desert, they were instructed to take their stick with them when they used the bathroom, so as to cover it. Thousands of yrs b4 knowledge of germs-seems pretty basic-however in India, previously/still Mexico and other 3rd world countries-they still openly urinate/deficate and leave it. A lady from India was expressing the difficulity in bringing abt change there. Here, we have people with knowledge from health officials-yet the do not obey. Also, there were many other regulations on their diet, what to do if a insect died in a bowl (it must be destroyed), not to touch dead bodies, and on blood, also prevented crulety to animals. The day they were instructed to circumcise was 8th day-which has been discovered, is for male babies highest day for vitamin K (for clotting blood). Why were so many regulations given to people-who had zero knowledge or reason to imagine such strange laws. There are many many other amazing facts; similar to these. However, even most theologians-themselves dont really believe the Bible -and when discussing it, they promote their own dogma or ideas-many are so far out & away from the general info. stated & easily read, supposedly being discussed, but it is presented as fact. These many types of constant critisism and fraudulent info. presented in these ways constantly demean the scriptures and how amazing they really are- -constantly makes the Scriptures look like something completey almost incoherent at times, or so useless and bizarre. No wonder it has been given an increasing bad reputation. So Bible or not-how does -accidental evolution-explain The Nervous, Adrenal, Endocrine, Digestive, etc. etc. "SYSTEM"s? Why can't any can't animals reproduce outside of their "kind". There is more chance of just one of the events described taking place in evolution-so many zero's after the chances of each one-when fewer zeros than the ones proposed-is considered by Mathmatician's /Scientists admit these # are too improbable to ever even happening!! Unable to discuss it fairly here, but there are many good publications where people have written and challenged the "facts" of the Evolution THERORY. There is just as much faith (or more?)needed to follow this "therory" taught as fact. With all material written by men, who we've never met- and only on their word it is taken that everything they do is honest, complete, and reported with out bias or conjecture! So I envite you to really consider how perfect this planet, & all the amazing life on it-&-how does the Therory of Evolution answer Why we are here? Why do we have a conscience? Where do thinking and emotions come from? And why? Without imperfect man's ruining it, the Earth was made to be more than a grey rock-we have zero need to see in color. Taste food good or bad, smell, so many things. We are the 1st people to ever promote everything happened on its own-People from other time period-would think we were idiots! Counterdicts common sense. Science acts like a cell just "divided" perfectly one day-No biggie-when, it shows purpose & thought-reason. Then it accidently did it trillions of times-changing cell types, with pre"programmed" purpose & precision-. I hope-just because many religions that claim to follow the Bible-but don't obey it, causing much division and confusion... The Bible doesn't condone hypocritical behavior-in fact many laws used to carry the death penalty-for just it. So either way-there is obviously Superior wisdom that created the Universe, Earth and life. Way more believable than the Everything happened by accident-& became more & more improved, with the Laws of physics ETC as a side of beneficial chance added! Lots more blind faith seems to me!
@@Kaylin_h Sigh. Look up the definition of evolution. We evolved. Plain and simple. The Bible is a steaming load of crap, full of bigotry, hatred, violence and CONDITIONAL love. It has nothing to do with reality.

I took red vine leaf extract for five weeks, but sadly it caused leg pains (muscles?). Trying sticking legs up in the air against a wall every morning now (ooer). The veinous insufficiency had been causing leg pain when walking, when I was trying to exercise to lose weight. One ankle is definitely much less tight with unreturned blood. It’s a work in progress.

It is possible to raise kids who actually like healthy natural foods.
I have severe, big fat veins in legs. This is caused by defective valves in my legs. I fail to see how any vine leaf.can repair my valves. So i’m very skeptical, as much as I respect Dr. Bergs knowledge.
@@AKUBARIKI your response gives the impression I committed a lot of time and effort trying to get Ted to consider what Dr. Berg said in the video. Not the case.
After the birth of my first baby 11 years ago (mom of 3), I developed lymphedema . My foot is swollen more than my other limbs. I wear compression socks and tall compressions and steer clear from table salt. I walk and workout and keep fit. Was also diagnosed with Venus insufficiency. Try to do lymphatic drainage massage etc. drink water etc. what else can you recommend for swollen foot and toes due to lymphedema. I definitely have a more mild case but I do believe that the birth of my first child brought this out in my body. It was maintained during my last 2 pregnancies. A lot of docs in the medical field don't seem to be too educated in this area to provide me with help. Thanks so much!
Flavonoids like Diosmin, Hesperidin, Horse Chestnut for normal blood circulation. These plant chemicals, found in most fruits and vegetables, may play an important role in cognitive fitness and dementia prevention. Articule from Harvard Medical School.
Because anything you place on your skin absorbs into your bloodstream, that's good to know this helps. I'm actually using the rosemary herb as a tea too.
Thank you so much Dr. Berg, I've been having varicose veins for years now and they have worsened due to lack of exercise and movement in general. I suspect estrogen dominance as I've battled fibroids. This information is helpful.
Hi Doc Grateful if you could do a video on varicocele and whether we can still do heavy lifting and how to keep testosterone level normal since varicocele has an effect on testosterone... please doc
Unfortunately, Dr. Berg does not recommend specific brands, because he can't track the source materials they use, etc. We recommend you do a bit more research on this. Dr. Berg's Support Team.
Dr Berg you are a God sent to us. Thank you for this video. I have been dealing with venous problem in my lower legs for the past year. I wear stocking which helps me a little.
Hey doc, love the channel. I just wish you would do one on a topic that is more complex and not enough coverage/awareness on and that is facial seborrheic dermatitis. In some people this can be very aggressive and have many factors as to why it exists, low copper, low ceruloplasmin, hyperinselenemia, insulin resistance, insulin sensitivity, hypothyroidism, hyperthyroidism, low ferretin, high IGE levels, sinusitis, hay fever, Candida overgrowth, Sibo, h pylori, gut Gloria imbalance, intestinal permeability, food/environmental allergies, hormones, anemic, parasitic infections, vitamin and magnesium issues, specifically vitamin b6,b12, b2,b7,biotin, low iron, progesterone issues, sinusitis, liver bile issues, SHBG in liver, the list goes on. The thing with this is it’s hard to treat as it becomes resistant to most anti fungal medications and just plateaus in treatment. Hope you can help us as this disease needs more knowledge so it isn’t ignored.
@@dennisguilder1 It talks about diet, and it does outline a protocol you can follow if you have SIBO or SIFO, but the main thing is it explains what things affect our microbiome positively or negatively and how that impacts our health in various ways. I think the most useful information is directions on how to ferment your own yogurt using whatever probiotics you want to take to make them so much more effective. There’s also a lot of information about different strains of bacteria and how you can tailor your yogurt using different strains to obtain your desired health outcomes. I just found it a fascinating read, full of helpful information I didn’t actually already know.
I treated my daughter's with dentinox shampoo, added turmeric to her foods such as pasta or rice whilst it was cooking, in her homemade meatballs too. I put her on a no yeast diet for a few years for other bladder issues but that seemed to help this too.
Sorry for my many comments, but I really found a priceless treasure. I suffer from acute tonsillitis since my childhood and I am recovering. Although I was 7 years old, I used to take 10 penicillin injections intramuscularly. I still remember the number of them. My sinus infections and varicose veins are still very difficult and spread all over my body. I want to start with clear steps, please. I listened to a lot of your wonderful advice. 1- I started treatment for insulin resistance 2- I have severe colon problems 3- Prolapse of the uterus 4- I will work on cleaning the liver as you please, but where can I find the medicine that you prescribed, to eliminate varicose veins. Thank you, may God protect you from all evil and your generous family...
Outstanding information, thank you so much Dr Berg. I am 62 and got varicose veins in my right leg after becoming an engineer and standing at a machine all day when I was still in my teens to early 20s. Does not seem to bother me, but does look ugly LOL.
Thank you Dr Berg! I seen the majority of your videos and has help improve my health. I’m taking tudca sine I have several of the symptoms of a fatty liver. Spider veins, little red dots on my legs, obesity and gallstones, but I’m getting there with help of keto and IF.
I have a gallstone and don't want to get it removed It's about 1.5cm and I have fatty liver too overweight What would you recommend I've had to get off grains due to celiac Have a lot of issues going on now they can't seem to find out what is wrong with me other than that!
@@skyangel6336 Gor 4 days drink each day apple juice 1 gallon and 1 gallon of distilled water with the mother if possible, as much as you can drink. The apple juice softens the gallstones then the evening of the 3rd day take 1/2 c virgin olive oil and 1/4 cup of fresh squeezed lemon. I mix them together and it goes fast. Lie down on your tight side with 2 pillows under your hip. The fourth day you should examine wh as t is expelled. There will be little greenish blobs floating on top. Oh! Every day salt water before the apple juice or water...warm cup of water and 1/2 t.salt up to four times...lie down after each cup...needs to be a time when yuh pu can relax and read...not going to work. You need to be near the bathroom. From the book "Cleanse or Surgery."
The elders in my boernation in SA used "gousblo" a flower chopped up finely mix it with a natural cream. Place it on the spot where the veins show and cover it with gladwrap for 3 days. The veins will disapear
this is the most educational video of Dr. Bergs yet. All of his are great, but who ever knew about a fatty liver causing vein and blood flow issues? Great stuff!
