Ventrac 4000 series cleaing 4 inches of very wet snow/slush. 31hp Vanguard engine and a single stage snowblower took care of it with no problems at all.
Very impressive, This is perhaps THE BEST snow setup to handle all types of snow. I have 4200 VXD with 31HP Vanguard as well, works great, I use a 2 stage blower from Ventrac on front and a V plough on the back with heated cab, love it.
How well does the 2 stage ventrac blower do in this wet heavy snow? From what I have encountered the single stage seems to throw the wet heavy stuff better. I had a case 446 for a couple of years and that snocaster would literally throw slush and not get clogged.
