Mr. Fleming, Thank you, as always, for sharing your wonderful adventures. Venture is a beautiful vessel and I cherish the memory of meeting you and having seen around her at Trawlerfest a few years back. It is always wonderful to see a Fleming yacht in harbor and to know how capable they are to undertake such journeys.
I finally have a new to me computer that allows me to watch your amazing photography at highest resolution on my TV/Monitor! Thank you for sharing your experience. I first read about Queen Charlotte Island from the designer of my sea kayak. I would love to visit one day.

Having just discovered your channel a few days ago, I'm pleased to see RU-vid's algorithms have presented me with your latest video on its release date. I've watched about 8 videos so far. They're all excellent - even ones off of the topic of yachts, such as how you make your videos.
Hi Tony, what an amazing presenter and photographer you are, I have been enjoying your stories for about 2 weeks and I have absolutely fallen in love with them. Sadly I can't afford one of your wonderful boats to duplicate some of your amazing journeys but you have inspired to me to look closer to home to find journeys I can manage, maybe sometime in the future I can do more. Thank you for sharing your stories and life with us.
I recently discovered your videos & thank you for making them available. My original home was B.C. & it’s an amazing privilege to see the grandeur of this area. Would you consider omitting the music background? It would be humbling to hear the natural sounds of these gorgeous, somewhat inaccessible parts of the world. Thank you again.
Music has been reduced in more recent videos but "natural" sound is almost impossible to get even with expensive and sophisticated equipment which i don't have. You always get unwanted noise like pumps starting, engines running, people talking, dogs barking, aircraft flying , wind noise etc. Even professionals have teams of "foley" to create "natural" sounds.
Another high quality video. The journey, video, music, and narration are spot on as always. I have missed new videos but I still watch the old ones now and again. Thanks for sharing.
Hello Tony, it is often so busy at work that a weekend is not enough to relax. Several times I have discovered that your videos can help enormously. The nature you show us, the tranquility of sailing, the information you share and the way you do that, bring peace and space. I like to photograph in nature myself, and I enjoy what you show us. Another cracking production. I would love to be able to own such a wonderful vessel and take similar voyages. Thanks for taking the time and effort to produce these superb films.
There are not many but we have a range of between 1300 and 2000 nautical miles - depending on speed - so we do not need to refuel very often and have never had any problems.
I was also on the Haida Gwaii during the summer of 2019. Interesting place to visit, though you were able to see much more than I was. Your video adds to the wonder of the Islands.

This is the quality TV stuff like 90s not reality TV. The music and content is a masterpiece of art and creation. Genius is in the art you create. Keep it up.
Tony, superb video and narration. Plus the voice that would put an angle to sleep. Thank you, as we are all aware of the time it take's to video and edit.
We have good refrigeration and a big freezer. We carry frozen food that can last for weeks. Fresh produce has to be bought more often but we are seldom farther away than 7 - 10 days from places we can re-provision. We eat pretty much the same as we would at home.
Mr Fleming, are you the same tony fleming that designed the grand banks? I have a 36 foot 1974 classic in pristine condition, and would love to pick your brain on a few things . i am almost certain i saw your vessel this year at shearwater marine
I cannot take the credit for "designing" the Grsnd Banks - although I did play a significant role in its development. We did stop at Shearwater on our way north this past summer. That would have been a good time to have picked at what's left of my brains.
@@FlemingYachts I am the marine technician here at shearwater, i remember admiring your vessel, didnt nate the electrician install a new cbattery charger this year? i would be the mechanic who came down after he finished...
@@FlemingYachts itwas a fleming 55 i believe,,,,beautiful vessel! In my line of work, i get to see hundreads of yachts inside and out, i love my grand banks, but fleming yachts are my favorite. I hope to work up to a fleming some day in the future. if you dont mind me asking,,, what was your involvment with the construction of the grand banks? the fellow i purchased my 36 classic from told me the history, but it seems to me he was not correct. My banks is a 1974 ,,first year of the fiberglass, twin screw john deere 404a engines. i have watched every video you have posted on youtube,,, very supernatural! cant wait to see the next video!
@@jayson1134 I was working at the Grand Banks yard in HK when the GB was introduced so i was there for hull #1. I was at GB until 1985 when we started Fleming. As Technical director, I was responsible for the development of the Grand Banks line from the 1960's until 1985.
