April’s fools day is the most romantic day of my life. It was the day I gave my husband my heart 44 years ago. Late last year I cut my narcissist sister out of my life. I have been going through cycles of guilt, anxiety….but no more anger….yesterday for half the day I had a feeling of real levity….i haven’t felt that for a long time.
How do you get passed the anger? I am trying so hard. My sister has ruined my relationships and reputation with a lot of family members. I trusted her with everything and she was behind my back for years tearing me down. It’s been about 18 months since I’ve spoken to her. I feel like an outsider with my family.
Levity is the opposite of gravity, and although we may rarely feel it, levity is always working its magic upon us. It is a great gift to feel levity. Most only ever feel gravity. 🛫💫🛒

My husband and I have been together for 22 years and I pray that we will double our time… and more… because he is the love of my life and my truest friend. I have a diagnosis of Complex PTSD (as a consequence of childhood abuse and violence). My psychologist suspects that my mother has multiple “severe” personality disorders including Narcissistic Personality Disorder. I went no contact with my mother over 10 years ago. You will go through periods of anxiety, guilt and mourning about your sister - grieving the loss of a relationship, and a sister, that never truly was and never will be. With time, the emotional intensity lessens. You’ll experience more moments of levity. You realise that the most important thing is to protect yourself. No one has the right to keep hurting you. If and when you feel ready to start therapy, I can highly recommend the ‘Internal Family Systems’ treatment modality. It treats our trauma but, beautifully, it also allows us to reconnect with our inner child. There is something extremely healing about loving, supporting and protecting our inner child in all of the ways that might have been lacking within our birth families. You can do this! During the Libra eclipse (it took place in my 4th house) my 84 year old dad passed away. By God's grace, his passing was easy. The transiting Venus was conjunct my natal Saturn in the 8th. I miss him, but I know he is in a better place than we are. ❤ His funeral was simple, but heartfelt, loving, respectful and nice. Sending lots of virtual love to anyone who needs a hug❤🤗

So far, this Aries season has been accompanied by a huge clean out! I have been living a simple lifestyle for years, but now I am decluttering things I had forever and I am finally ready to let them go. Love your videos Haley! One week ago I told my bf that my needs are not being met and laid out what I needed/changes in order to be together. We’ve been on a two week break to give us both space to decide and we get back together on Friday. Definitely struggling with letting go of the outcome. I chased a guy who was rejecting me over and over. I remember one time when he was leading me on the most and giving false hints that it might work it was venus in pisces. Back then I often spoke about astrology to someone even if they didn't care about it. It’s funny - the Ben scenario you gave. I actually had this happen but the rose colored glasses came off REAL quick. Our journeys definitely took us in different directions and re connecting tarnished the good memories we had - completely. It helped me to truly understand that time changes us all. No need for nostalgia. Who we are in the present can never live in the circumstances of the past. We’ll never have those moments again and we must move forward with power.

I literally made the decision this morning that I had to cut contact with a man I'm in love with in order to focus and pursue my life goals without having my feelings for him bias my choices. Unfortunately we wanted different things in life that conflict and we also have a large age gap. You should watch the movie Past Lives if you haven't already. oh, Girl. I moved out of San Diego about a year ago because it is tooooo coooold. There is no such thing as summer in SD! It may get to 75 - 80 for 2 weeks in August and that is it. I lived on the beach so it was always cold and cloudy, year round! I couldn't hang either lol.
