Vera Bradley Convertible Small Backpack in Blooms and Branches Navy + French Hens & Chanticleer 

Hi! I was the one that had asked the question about removing the smell of cigarettes from performance twill! Thank you so much for the update. No rush at all! I live in Arizona and with the hot weather here, I dropped a few dryer sheets inside and have been airing it out. It's definitely helping! I just wanted to say thank you so much for your videos. The past few years have been tough, as a student in the healthcare field doing internships during the pandemic and working two jobs plus my dad getting sick last year. Your videos really help me get through my days, they help me relax and relieve stress! I took a 10 year break from Vera Bradley and recently came back to it. I agree with you that the quality is not what it used to be. I ordered a triple compartment crossbody bag in the peach blossom bouquet. When I received it, I noticed the quilted stitching wasn't even complete on the back and there was a long piece of thread hanging off. Also, I found a 1-inch area that had a substance which looked like glue. I ended up contacting customer service and they sent me a replacement. Thank you for showing the blooms and branches navy pattern! I am a sucker for floral patterns and I'll have to pick something up in this one. I agree with you on the lighter color interior, although I love the peach colored flowers on the other pattern too (but will pass on that one because of the dark interior). I love your transparency and honesty! I look forward to your future videos 🙂

thank you for your review. i got the cross body medium in navy, i lovveee mine,,,, and like your backpack too,,,wondering if i should have went that way...but i wouldn't have been able to get the extra strap, so no, im happy...however not so happy with the solid ribbon zipper pull. How do you feel about that?

I did the same thing with this backpack. I purchased it in olive leaf and then I bought the multi strap small tote. Now I can use the longer strap for crossbody. Thanks for sharing this pattern. It’s really pretty.

I know that feeling of apprehension when receiving a package. It’s sad. I hope they are listening. I agree on the returns. If they accept returns, then how can they punish the customer?

Thanks so much for making this video, beautiful patterns. I feel you with the Vera quality issues. I am the exact same way. Mine always have loose threads. Not just a little bit but like they could pull right out. I rarely get the plaid patterns because I know it will be crooked. The hello kitty was like that with the the gingham. It was totally off and they charged a fortune for it. I feel really frustrated too. I don’t buy the vintage items much anymore because they have weird smells I can’t get out. I have the black version of that backpack I’m going to switch out the strap too! I’ve used it only as a backpack because of the weird strap issues you mentioned. They should definitely fix that!

That backpack is cute. I think you’ve found ways to make it work you (and maybe me too).
