In a way she reminds me of Sarah Paulson. Plays so well in serious and creepy movies but is so cute and quirky in real life. Her random smell sessions.
Well, she totally missed her breasts and covered her upper chest. Craig was actually helping her out lol. You can see she genuinely didn't know that it was a bit see-through by her expression lol.
Gluten: a substance present in cereal grains, especially wheat, that is responsible for the elastic texture of dough. A mixture of two proteins, it causes illness in people with celiac disease. "Some doctors and scientists believe there's been an increase in gluten-sensitivity due to environmental and food changes, with theories including: New wheat varieties have a higher gluten content. Farmers are using wheat with higher gluten varieties because of their natural insecticide qualities." However I think the sensitivity to gluten for people without celiac disease is also present. I've known people who will get itchy all over their skin and inside their esophagus who don't don't have problems with their intestines and who don't test positive for celiac disease.
She was f'ing interesting and adorable and shlammin'...but seriously, where'd that carrot come from?! And how much weed did she smoke before the second interview?
I don't know how many times I watched this one, way too many I guess, but she's not weird, she's just real, beautiful, simple, charming and kind; man she's the real deal...
I can't believe he didn't crack a joke about where she pulled the carrot from! Is it just me, or does anyone else see something very sensual about her?
First time I've seen her out of film. An introvert I see! 9/10 a no shower, gets herself to worked up in anticipation. She's so hyper aware of herself down to focusing on her ring mid sentence, touching arms and face, twiddling fingers and pointing out things totally irrelevant. I'm exactly like this, it's honestly exhausting 😂
Vera Farmiga and the boy who played Norman bates were absolutely incredible for the 3-4 season it was on. Spoiler alert .. In fact the season after Vera passes away she plays the recurring ghost in Norman's visions and it really doesn't get much creepier. Bates Motel and Fargo are my favorite bits to come on 'television' over the past decade.
If no one has noticed it yet, it’s very obvious that Vera was on the verge of a panic attack at the beginning of the second interview. She has very quick rapid breathing, and you can see her reaching for her essential oils as she’s trying to stutter and get words out but she’s clearly having trouble focusing. That and her saying she loses her saliva which is often a symptom of when your body is about to shut down and go into panic mode. It’s very clear she’s using the essential oils as a grounding device and you can see after she smells them she starts to calm down. I really feel for her there. The audience and Craig probably thought she was doing it as a bit but it really does seem like she was truly seconds away from “losing her shit” as she put it. Poor girl :/
I pulled up a random Craig Ferguson interview with Vera Farmiga and not only was the quality garbage but nobody does it like JaylenoFly. ty good sir :P
I think she and Craig are being hyper aware of a) if they're crossing a line their spouses wouldn't like b) wondering if they're being witty or weird. It was so awkward lol but something tells me they have a platonic crush on each other and are trying really hard to be funny, and finding randomness to be their best savior from overthinking it. The whole thing was a dance, a tango, between the comfort of being with someone like-minded and the discomfort of self-consciousness 🤣
Was reading about Vera and her oil therapy and she was having a panic attack during the interview hence the reason she kept smelling the bottle. I've suffered with panic attacks for 30 years and I find sometimes aroma therapy to be quite helpful.
