Big issue with this is diminishing returns. Attack will scale better than crit damage because as we push to 90, we have no more sources of crit damage but we will be gaining consistent amounts of attack. Now, you would think this actually benefits Verdant Summit more, but it actually doesn't. EDIT: Initial calculations are wrong, see reply chain. --However, Lustrous Razor should deal higher damage if your crit damage substats are more significant than your flat attack/attack % substats by a good margin, while Verdant Summit will deal higher damage in all other attacks, essentially creating either no gap or a negligible gap so long as your crit rate is high enough for Verdant Summit. However, I would like to stress that getting multiple dupes of 5 star limited banner weapon is hard, whereas given Kurogame's history, and the way the standard weapon banner works, getting r5 Lustrous Razor is both feasible and very likely for many players, and is without a doubt the best option at every rank over rank 1. Also, this isn't taking into account dodge attacks at all, just the standard calcharo rotation. If you do ANY dodge attacks the gap between lustrous and verdant grows incredibly, so much that Lustrous is always sitting very far above Verdant Summit. TL;DR: Verdant summit>Lustrous Razor marginally at r1. At r2 Lustrous Razor is so strong, that you need r3 Verdant summit to only be very slightly ahead of R2 Lustrous Razor. At r4 Lustrous Razor you are slightly ahead of Verdant Summit r5. At r5 Lustrous Razor, Verdant Summit r5 is significantly less damage

@@SidneymarZA Wouldn't the 21% be better overall during deathblade gearstate which, on top of the higher attack pushes it higher? I'm factoring this in, and it should be higher. also i think i found an error in the VS calculations. I think you're adding the 12% damage bonus at all times. I did the math at your labeled 100% elemental damage bonus and tried 2x instead and the math doesn't come out right. It only comes out to the same values at 112% or 2.12x. Which would imply the 12% resonance damage bonus is being applied likely unintentionally. So is this a mistake or purposeful misinformation? Also, the 21% bonus from the liberation bonus damage values is significantly higher. So given that the liberation damage is the significant majority of his damage and the highest overall values I think the overall damage parses should be higher. I'll test it out using a the full Deathblade Gearstate all hits calculation to see.
@@Kizen. Firstly, flat ATK is not base ATK, which is why you have 1450 base attack in your initial calculation, instead of 1100 like you suggested. Which is how you got +1131 ATK. The base attack is 1024, you cannot add flat attack to base attack then multiply atk%. You add the flat atk afterwards. Secondly, resonance bonus from verdant is elemental damage bonus, which you can see when you look at your stats when it is equipped.

I am currently running 44111 on calcharo with summit, could you do a damage comparison 43311 vs 44111? Honestly its more efficient grinding if its within 15% damage diff
I don’t have an R1 Autumntrace. The only worthwhile comparison is an R5 Autumntrace and R1 Verdant. To avoid a long and complex discussion about it, R5 Autumntrace is safer than R1 Verdant. It’s more forgiving with lower crit rate, and still produces competitive results when it does crit. Your echo setup also changes which has an impact.
I just got lucky that i got two VS in my first ten pull in the weapon banner for my JiYan. I gave the other to Calcharo. And Calcharo was my first 5* and also my first pull in JiYan's banner. Glad to see that it's almost on par with or if not better than LS with the right amts of crate and ER.
What about the autumn trace from the battle pass? I want the pistol so im not getting the lustrous razor and when i hit 45 union im probably getting the sword for its crit value. Is the autumn trace good or no?
@@botcchidotcchi The only heavy attack damage he does is with his forte heavy outside of liberation. Everything else is either liberation DMG or basic attack damage. VS is a horrible pick for calcharo it's nothing more then a stat stick. BP weapon and standard banner are better in every way
i can say verdant summit is better, during his ult i can get 5-6 k without buff, and up to 10-13k with buff from other character, dealing 1,3-3k damage using normal/ heavy atk
@@SidneymarZA What are you yaping about? Go check prydwen or several CN calcs. My guy, you don t even know, that his heavy attacks inside Liberation are considered as Liberation damage. If you can t read what they say i the game, what DB checking are we talking about.

VS is better, the reason is simple: it have tons of crit damage I tried to combo with Verina and Sanhua and the dmg output from the Outro skill + echoes and that makes my Kakarot Liberation is around 10~11k at the start and easy to kill all bosses around 20sec or less (except for the turtle because of the waiting time)
Hey buddy i was lucky and pulled LR in 2 Pulls 😅 i tryed to farm the Memphis echo but after killing it 80x + i was not be able to get Crit rate ... also im sitting currently on only 20% with maxed out legendary echos.. im actually not sure what to so at this point i feel like going for crit is not worth it for me becouse i dont get good Numbers anyway with LR😅 what do u think?
I think CR main stat echoes have low drop chance, but I have quite a few of them. I use both mephis bosses on CR for Calcharo with 3 ATK% 1 cost echoes. You can keep the 5pc void thunder that way, which lingyang and encore cannot do yet. Keep trying, the CR will eventually come. Calcharo is much better with crit. I had a hard time getting a CR for Jiyan and my first CR monke was from the hologram rewards.
