Verdict to be read in trial of Henry Dinkins

The judge holding his composure, knowing Henry isn’t worth the air he breathes was touching. Justice was served today.

Taken down by an 8 year old! DL, if you ever read this when you grow up, know that for thousands of people you are a hero and the world is grateful to you.

Did anyone notice how the Judge tried his best to contain his emotions when he read about DL’s statement? It brought tears to my eyes

DL will grow up knowing his testimony as an 8yo boy helped convict his father of the murder of his sister. He is the hero of the case. May he live a blessed life and be successful in whatever he chooses to do, despite the tragic loss of his sister. RIP Breasia.

The fact that he knew the entire time where this baby was is so sick, she didn’t have the proper burial instead she was left alone, for the rest of Summer, Fall, Winter, and finally Spring she was found! How could you sleep? Thank God for her brother in this case, I always believed him! Justice was served 💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜 😢

At one point this compassionate Judge had to stop because he was just to emotionally. Judge you are a kind ,fair, honest person. Thank you!!

The judge read off the whole sordid tale of Dinkins and his evil and it felt like such a relief to hear the guilty verdict after all these days of trial. When Dinkins was shaking his head at the guilty of first degree murder verdict, I thought I would shake my head too if I had done what he did. Be here on October 11th for the sentencing.

What is crazy to me is how he is sitting there acting as if he didn't harm this child he raped her then went and got the gun to shoot her because he knew she was going to tell her mom this is so sad

I know a mother lost her daughter and as a mother I cannot fathom that thought, but I hope this serves as a cautionary tale to other mothers. This case triggered me in so many ways . My abuser used to take me out of a room where my cousins and I would sleep. The horror that sweet girl faced with this vile creature infuriates me! My older. Cousin saved my life one night and told my abuser I know what your doing and never come in my room again😭 I had no voice! Thank you judge for justice for Breasia! We must protect our children 😢

All these things that happened while he was covering his devilish ways, were acts of a miracle. His vehicle getting stuck. His girlfriend being awake. The fact that he took his boy with him thinking oh he’s just a kid he’s not going to say nothing. He thought he was slick Rick.

I am happy for the verdict. The judge was awesome. He realized that DL’s anger and behaviors were from trauma and didn’t label it as anything else because often people do label it as negative. Much like that idiot who interviewed him at the police station. NO child should have this much pressure and trauma placed on his shoulders!! But here we are every day seeing it played out. I feel really bad for all children involved because ALL adults in this case failed them. I hope parents will use this as a cautionary tell. So sad. I hope D. L. is okay because he needs healing.

This is the first trial that I’ve ever watched in its entirety. The judge was so professional and eloquent and he brought me to tears with the compassion he showed. That little boy is a hero. I hope his mom showers him with a lot of love and attention and I pray that he gets the healing that he so deserves. God bless him. If Breasia could read this I would say to her that she didn’t deserve any of this. That she was a beautiful sweet girl who should still be here, dancing, laughing and having lots of fun with friends and activities to do and to be cherished by her family. Not only did he assault and murder that beautiful baby, but he dragged her brother along during the cover up! He used her brother as an alibi, but fortunately, he underestimated DL's observative nature. If he was a real father, he would've known that DL is smart and savvy. The prosecutor was so effective

I still dont understand why the girlfriend didnt get on the phone with the police when she saw him take her at 3AM i mean what u think he was doing. She should of atleast called that girls mother. The girlfriend is just as guilty of that baby not being here.

The Judge only ever had one verdict 'Guilty, Guilty, Guilty' and he as usual just shook his head then stared up at the ceiling like he was waiting for God to save him. Only the devil will be collecting Mr Dinkins and taking him to hell. God bless that beautiful innocent little girl.

Breasia Terrel such a beautiful, loving, carefree, happy go lucky little girl. She loved making videos for her Tik Tok, she loved her teachers and friends, she loved her family, she loved living life and she had every right to grow into adulthood along with her siblings and someday have her own loving husband and family unfortunately; a "Wicked Creature" snatched those rights away from her. The lovely child will be forever missed on Earth not only by her friends and family but those she never knew who's life she touched in death. Most importantly she is remembered by her caring Heavenly father Jehovah and through his loving memory she will someday have a resurrection of life and these painful memories of what happened to her will not come to mind; but for now on this day, in this hearing, in the courtroom of the honorable Judge Henry Latham JUSTICE IS SERVED! 🙏

Guilty, guilty, and guilty! This wildebeest knows that he is 100% guilty! That poor child. She didn’t deserve what she got. She was a precious child. She had every right to grow up like any other child. This beast molested her. Then, to keep her quiet, he shot and killed her. Well, the inmates will be looking out for him! Edit: My only issue is that she wasn't found sooner to prove she was violated in another way. Why else would he just kill her for no reason? Nasty animal. Oh my goodness!!! What if Andrea insisted that he take his phone because she knew he had did something and disposed of Breasia and she thought he would do something to DL as well; if so she knew that phone would indicate that he was not at home had he told the lie that he was home the entire time???😢 She could have very well been trying to clear her name but she was afraid to ask him where that baby was when he returned without her (she could have saved her had she spoke when she saw her at the car). Thanks for DL putting that battery back in the phone. By him standing outside of the Walmart the other patrons would have been triggered by the mention of the distinctive gold and black shoes and remembered they saw him standing around waiting for walmart to open. They all did a great job!!

The Judge and the Prosecutors did an amazing job❗ DL, thanks for putting the battery in the phone to play a game and removing it - the look on the Monster's face was priceless. I hope and pray DL receives the best therapy out there- unfortunately, he will need therapy for the rest of his life. I hope finding justice for his sister will help him. Why wasn't his girlfriend arrested - she knew what was about to happen - he wasn't taking her to McDonald's at 3:30 in the morning - she should have locked her door and called 9-11, her Mother, etc. October 11th can't come fast enough - I wish citizens could give an impact statement on sentencing day - I just hate the family has to "wait" a little longer. This verdict went exactly as it should. Every bit of Dunkin’s’ actions showed deep efforts concealment of his crime. I’m so glad the judge mentioned how Dinkins was up all night long running around - getting bleach at 7am then calling the mother saying he “just woke up at 8am and Breasia is gone”. Lying to police saying he’d been looking everywhere for this child. I saw quilts on day one as soon as he started speaking. DL did well and should be proud of himself. I hope his community reaches out to him and embraces him with love and guidance, he’s going to need it. This msn had nothing of value as a father

It was very touching and brought tears to my eyes, when the judge tried his best to keep his composure reading about DL’s testimony and statements to the police. The defense attorney definitely did not do his client any favors, when he talked so negatively about DL’s statements/testimony and tried to make DL look like an unreliable witness. Justice was served that day and I hope this monster will rot in prison until he takes his last breath.
