Verification code sent to same gmail account trying to recover - Solution And Reasons 

There is one common issue in Google account recovery and that is ' Verification code is just sent to same email address that you want to recover".
I faced this issue in my Gmail account and also resolved that. When you have this issue in Google account, in this case your account is not disabled, so you don't need to go for form. And also there is no solution in troubleshooter.
When you try to log-in it will show you " Google couldn't verify this account belongs to you"
The solution is provided in this video.
This issue can be resolved only if you have Google account log-In in one of your device.
And the 2nd solution is that you must know exactly correct password, to access to account.
