ever since i was a child, id hear this when my mom was away and id call her, the sound always brings me back to that terrible time as a child . thats how i got seperation anxiety
Are we all laughing because we type this in into the search engine or are we all hurting inside because we try to contact someone we loved and it went to voice mail

The general Verizon voicemail doesn't creep me out at night, at least nowhere near as much as the general AT&T voicemail. The voice from AT&T's general voicemail sounds a lot creepier.
Iphone: Your call has been forwarded to an automated voice messaging system (person's 10-digit number) is nor available, At the tone, Please record your message, When you finished recording, You may hang up or press 1 for more options. Android: (person's 10 digit number) is not available.
I associate this sound with anxiety. If my parents didn’t pick up and I was forwarded to their voicemail I would get anxious and assume something had happened to them.
The voice-over artist for this greeting is a woman named Mary Wood. Does anyone know anything about her or other recordings of hers? I’ve always just found this voice to be super friendly and professional.. like you can hear her smiling through the telephone.
When you call someone and hear one two no rings on your phone and it instantly takes you to voicemail it can mean these things: They may have blocked you. Or might have blocked you by accident and didn’t realize. Their phone might be off. Maybe their phone broke somehow, Or got a new number. Or something else. I’m currently been having this problem for about 4 months now. Can’t call this specific person. 2 weeks ago. I managed to call them with “No Caller ID” they picked I talk to um and it turns out they been trying to reach out to me but I haven’t gotten any thing. I only was able to call them once with No Caller ID for some reason their not getting any my calls or texts they told me and their not mad at me or anything like that. So I don’t get what is going on. I’m trying to figure out why their not receiving my calls or texts it’s very bizarre.
For those with iPhones, record a voicemail greeting, and then go to your settings and turn on live voicemail, and people will no longer have to hear this. The live voicemail feature is the best!
@@sebb.jimenez yes your correct, but I just noticed they added another quote AFTER the ‘More Options’ Quote. It for to leave a callback number, or send a number to the person who is not available.
Irrelevant to the video but, I wouldn’t be telling you this if there wasn’t love in my heart. Jesus Christ is Lord, he died to be the final Passover lamb and to be the savior of sinners like ourselves, repent and trust in him alone for salvation, he saved me, I was a sinner and he saved me and he can save you too, there may not be a tomorrow and eternity is a long
I just got Verizon, and it doesn't have the feature to record to send a message to another subscriber why did they get rid of that or is there a way to get it back?
+Ryan Thomas Unfortunately, Verizon Wireless removed the feature that previously allowed subscribers to send voice messages to other subscribers on the system. To me, it is unknown as to why they decided to remove the feature. Previously, subscribers were allowed to record and send voice messages to other subscribers directly from their mailbox. Additionally, in this next generation voicemail system, subscribers cannot record their name and/or use in conjunction with a standard system greeting for callers to hear when leaving a message. In addition, even though users can change the mailbox interface's language to Spanish, they cannot change the system greeting prompts to Spanish, which is inconvenient for subscribers who want callers leaving messages in their mailbox to hear Spanish prompts while leaving messages.
+artRAVE The part about being unable to record your name is untrue; on this system, it's available under the mailbox options, with an option for recording your name plus options for standard greeting, greeting with name, or personal greeting. On top of that, during the setup, the voice mailbox FORCES you to record a name--something I was trying to get out of but was unable to do.
+citrusella flugpucker I certainly understand where you are coming from. You must be talking about Verizon Wireless's previous message management system. In the old message management system (prior to iPhone 4) subscribers were required to record their name during the provision process of their mailbox. Also, the prompt set sounded so different that it is almost completely believable that a new voice actor was used in the recording of the new system prompts. Again, this is from my own personal experience, and I feel as if I have a proficient knowledge of Verizon Wireless's message management systems. In the new message management system that started with iPhone 4, the mailbox feature set became limited, and users did not have to record their name, which limited subscribers to choose from either a standard greeting or record a personal greeting from iPhone visual voicemail. Here you can listen to a sample of the opening greeting callers hear when leaving a message for someone on the previous (old) message management system: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-LdSVC6CviHc.html
