Below are the list of ingredients used in today’s recipe:
Seasoning the chicken legs:
Chicken legs 1 kg ( 5 chicken legs)
Black pepper 1 teaspoon
1 jumbo cube
Sweet chilli sauce 1 tablespoon
French mustard 1 tablespoons
English mustard 1 tablespoon
Whole grain mustard 1 tablespoon
Jerk seasoning 1tablespoon
Seasoning of the chicken thighs:
Black pepper 1 teaspoon
Paprika powder 1 teaspoon
Salt 1/2 teaspoon
Jumbo 1/2 teaspoon
French mustard 1 teaspoon
Vinegar 1/2 teaspoon
Seasoning the king prawns:
1000g King prawns
Black pepper 1 teaspoon
French mustard 1 teaspoon
Paprika powder 1 teaspoon
Salt 1/2 teaspoon
Jumbo 1 teaspoon
Seasoning the onions:
5 onions finely sliced
vinegar 2 tablespoons
Paprika powder 1 teaspoon
Black pepper 1 teaspoon
1 jumbo cube
French mustard 1 tablespoon
Ginger & garlic paste 1 tablespoon
Salt 1/2 teaspoon
Vermicelli noodles 500g ( I used 2 packs for this recipe)
50ml oil ( used to steam the vermicelli)
Salt 1 teaspoon and a cup of water ( to sprinkle over the vermicelli)
Some water to wash the vermicelli
Corned beef 1 tin 340g
Beef sausages 1 tin 425g
150ml oil to fry the corned beef and sausages
Ingredients for the sauce:
Mix peppers (red yellow and green )
Carrots 300g
Peas 200g
Sweet corn 250 g
Dark soy sauce 1 tablespoon
Sweet chilli sauce 2 tablespoons
Hot sauce 1 tablespoon
