The outriggers on the rth weren’t deployed. 🤦🏾♂️ The operator shouldn’t have attempted to extend the boom that far with the machine not braced properly.
Stupidity never takes a day off.....Whoever was driving that should never work in or near machinery ever again. Daft cvnt was at damn near full stick with the riggers up. This is the reason why the better tele drivers among us get put through the wringer when getting our certificates.
Next time you're sitting in a room that's too warm, struggling to stay awake, and being bored to tears by a dull instructor, with no sense of humour for a whole day or more while doing your 360-degree telehandler refresher or qualification, think of guys like the arsehole/arseholette who was driving the machine before they put it through someone's roof. THEY are the reason you have to endure days & hours like that.
