When I was struggling to understand the book of revelation God gave your teaching to complete the book of revelation. And I am from India pls pray for my spiritual life in the name of jesus amen
I will pray for you my brother. I pray you find the peace that only the true Lord can give you. Love others and yourself. Always forgive like the Lord has forgiven you. Always seek his wisdom in all you do. GOD BLESS YOU!
Amen! Cont to share:God Rules-The Bible tells us God created Everything, including You and me, and He is in charge of Everything. (Genesis 1:1; Revelation 4:11; Colossians 1:16-17) We sinned-We all choose to disobey God. The Bible calls this sin. Sin separates us from God and deserves God’s punishment of death. (Romans 3:23; 6:23) God provided-God sent Jesus, the Perfect solution to our sin problem, to rescue us from the punishment we deserve. It’s something we, as sinners, could never earn on our own. Jesus alone saves us. (John 3:16; Ephesians 2:8-9) Jesus gives-Jesus lived a Perfect life, died on the cross for our sins, and rose again. Because Jesus gave up His life for us, we can be welcomed into God’s family for Eternity. This is the Best 🎁 Gift Ever! (Romans 5:8; 2 Corinthians 5:21; 1 Peter 3:18) We can respond to Jesus. A - Admit -- Admit to God that you are a sinner. Repent, turning away from your sin. B - Believe -- Believe that Jesus Christ is God's Son and accept God's gift of forgiveness from sin. C - Confess -- Confess your faith in Jesus Christ as Savior and Lord.
The no. 1 most dreaded book to teach by pastors is Revelation. The no. 1 most desired taught by congregants is Revelation. How lucky are we to have such a well constructed series? Well done pastor.
Praise God that God led me to this teaching. I had it on my heart to study the book of Revelation and asked God for wisdom to help me interpret his word. That is when I found your teachings. Wow 😢god is merciful. Thank you for doing this teaching
I love hearing your messages I've always wanted to know things in the event it would happen you have explained everything so good that I understand thank you and definitely will share your messages
I do listen like 3 times and then I listen and pausing as I take notes. This is so powerful and very important teachings, I agree with the point of making a small book or even big. God bless you man of God
I'm am so thankful for this ministry and those that are truly preaching God's word without changing it into something that God has not Said. God bless you and your ministry.
Excellent sermon Gary. Thank you so much. We all need a haul up from time to time, more especially in academic environments where liberal theology is much rejecting the foundation of the Christian faith in these end times. 😊🙏
God has been faithfully with me all my life. He has been my Savior ,King, and provider! He is my all! May I always humbly point others to Jesus. I love Him so! Thank you for such a teaching of Revelation! God bless!
I love listening to your sermons. I’ve seen so many churches in downtown Ann Arbor, Michigan that have the rainbow flag outside and signs saying all are welcome, a true laodicean church.
I greatly appreciate Pastor Hamrick's explanation and in-depth teaching of church history according to God's Word. May the Lord continue to use you for his glory!
Such a great teaching on the Laodicean church. And to see in our day the Philadelphia church and the church at Laodicea existing side by side. God's truth versus the devil's deception. How we need to make sure we are walking according to the word of God. That is our only safeguard against the wiles of the devil. We are to work out our salvation with fear and trembling, according to Philippians 2:12.
I wish I had this in commentary. A little book that had the graphs and the scriptures with the side notes. I am a note taker, but cannot keep up with listening with both ears and note taking. This has been the best sermon thus far. My goal is to study with you for 31 days of July, 2022. Our world just keeps getting farther away from God.
I don't know if this will help you but I found myself pausing often to take notes also. So I listen the first time without taking any notes so I can get the big picture then skip around to play back and rehear the details. I play the video in reduced speed so I can write at the same time. I hope that helps? God bless.
Pastor Gary,Your Bible study in the book of Revelation is outstanding, You mentioned Billy Graham's name in one of your studies. Billy did a great work on the surface. Also his doctrine went false toward the end of his life. Google & investigate Billy Graham's life. I'm praying for you and your church.

If Johns "at hand," "shortly to be done" and "Behold I come quickly" statements in Revelation were a "prophetic foreshortening" of two thousand years or more' John should have been instructed to " seal up the book " (Rev.22:10) even as the sayings of Daniel were sealed "til the time of the end " (Dan 12:9). John was told to leave the book unsealed because at the time of his revelation of Jesus Christ and all the associated end-time events were ready to come upon that generation as Jesus predicted (Mt.24:34) as confirmed by Paul (1 Cor.10:11). John was permitted to live to reveal it,and see it (John 21:22-24).
Hi Nora 🙂 Unfortunately, The LDS or Church of the Latter Days Saints, are run by and part of the false religion of Mormonism. Please stay away from that...do research if you must but please "Run, Forrest, Run." Like the Jehovah's Witnesses, Seventh Day Adventists, and even Roman Catholicism, Mormonism's Gospel is not the Gospel of the Bible. Hope this helps 🐻❤
They are all FALSE. And unless they come to the Saving Power and Grace of Jesus Christ...they will be lost.. Matthew 7:14..."narrow is the road that leads to life and only a few find it..."...in the grand scheme of the billions of people in the world...only those who have trusted in the gift of Salvation that was given to ALL...through Jesus's life death and resurrection...will be saved...Jesus is the ONLY way...period...that is one reason why Christianity is hated...because if you are actually preaching the Word of God truthfully...you are looked at as narrowminded and that can be offensive.. so they don't want to be offened but they think nothing of offending God by denying His Son...pray for them.
Jesus made it clear when He said in Scripture: I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through the Son." The 7 churches are variations of Christianity. Those other religions are not "Christian" in any way, so they do not fit in any of these "church" categories. They are just false religions. Christians, at the very least, must believe in the deity of Jesus Christ, the Son of God.
The other 'isms" do not fit into any of the 7 church categories. In order to be of the "church" age, a religion must believe in Jesus Christ as the Son of God and the only way to God. None of those isms believe in Jesus Christ in that way so they are lost.
But Jesus is addressing 7 churches each described as a light. If they are not saved believers, they are not part of the church. This is a message that addressed the failings of the church throughout its history. It makes not sense to think that the Licodecian church are a bunch of people who think they are saved but are not. If that were the case then no one could be sure of their salvation. Maybe there are people who say they are saved but know they are not. But if Jesus is addressing churches, then he is addressing the saved.
Is the laodicean church more of a representation of the western church. This message feels like is has an air of hypocrisy. Jesus is calling out a church that has an abundance of wealth and forgotten to rely on Him. It is not an instruction to an apostate church.
