Tevor, Jiang Jiuli, and Taylor all can do that. Taylor is generally the most obtainable since all three are shimmers. There mine be one or two more? Not sure. Anyway so far they've kept it as a shimmer only thing afaik. But revivers aren't really that bad anyway if you know how to deal with them.

"Tiye being one of the most used espers" yeah after the overhaul she got and a completely unique s3 that can be used even ap effects aren't supposed to work, I suppose you could say she's "pretty meta."
