actually her design comes from Benares from Honkai Impact 3rd, you can check Benares human-form (because she is originally a dragon).

As someone who doesn’t watch the trailers or new version livestreams until having done with the quests and events after the release, Skirk’s appearance truly left me speechless Also, you can see who follows the lore and who doesn’t and I’m surprised so many of them yelled out “SKIRK” when they saw her 😆

Everyone that has an "About" in a character voiceline is eventually playable. Childe has an "About Skirk" so you're in luck
