lol Max’s answer as to why he once wore a Ferrari shirt as a kid was pretty hilarious when I think the interviewer expected him to start gushing about them 😂
I don't know what Ferrari was thinking giving Lewis a seat. Lewis is all out of wins and has no chance of winning anything. I would love to see Ferrari win again but Lewis will not help in that respect. I only hope Charles can get a win or two. GO MAX 🏁 🏆
@gangoffour6690 It’s really weird and honestly pathetic to hate so strongly on a guy you’ve never met. Lewis is a good driver, and an experienced one. Who knows how well he’ll do with Ferrari, but it’s the most inane logic to say that just because someone has had two bad years, they can never come back again. (And btw there were only two winners last season, so by that logic every driver on the grid is washed). I suggest you do some self reflection.
(1:13) almost thought that was Vettel passing behind.. That's why we like Max, he relaxes, works and says his thoughts in the most practical sense and in real time. Just saw Sergio in another channel and has an E1(Electric) Hydrofoil Powerboat / Team Checo.
Funny how there is no specials highlighting the RB19. The car won every race except Singapore. No other F1 car in history has won every race except one.
I’m a bit unsure of the new car and the side pod and that vertical air intake. I know the team is filled with genius minds and Adrian on his own level, so I’m sure it will be great.
I must say... I don't think they car the launched is the actual car.... If you look at the front wing, you can see it was modified for "show"..... I'm almost certain we will see something else on track when testing begins.... The car does look great..... But we cheer for another great season
"If someone wants to driver for Ferrari after all the success he had at one team" - Oh, I'm sensing something here. Something very interesting coming in a few years.
He didn't say "after all the success he had at one team" he only said "after you achieved so much in your career why not" Don't twist his words to create something.
Well he might drive like a robot but he such a sober no nonsense person and very mature I’m sure he is a very good guy to have as a friend (and not for the money)
Max just wants to race and have a good time doing so, to be competitive with other cars and fight for 1st place instead of just the majority be at the far front, championship is not the prime goal in the early season, just race
2025, possibly we could have multiple way battle for 2025 World title between: Ayumu Uehara, Shioriko Mifune, Verstappen, and Lewis Hamilton and Leclerc on the Ferrari (if Ferrari never mess their pit strategy).
Max is very well paid in order to withstand such moron questions like that... come on...! "do u set targets for this year?" How old is this guy conducting the interview? 7 years old?
Perez on coming in 2nd in 2023: "the target is to do 1 better". Keep dreaming about that target. As long as you're teammates with Verstappen you ain't going to win. Verstappen simply too good.
@@CoolockIRA Well, Verstappen plans to retire when his contract is done, thats 2028. Something pretty awesome has to happen for him to stay in F1 (his words) so if he wins every season till then, he gets 8 titles... Tho I would expect him to keep driving if he wins 8 in a row, but I highly doubt thats possible, especially with the rule change thats comming 2026
Max has got such a champion's mentality -- focusing on himself and honing the variables that are within his domain of control, letting go of frivolous vanity metrics that are not within his control (e.g., tagging a 15, 19, 20, etc. winstreak). Max is an expert at wielding his finite resources of time, focus, and energy.
Fact is that he won't see any serious competition until 2026 at the earliest. All teams are now focusing on rule changes for 2026 and no one will be wasting considerable amount of money for 2024/2025 cars, there may be a tight fight for 2nd and some battles in midfield but 1st place is all but sealed.
Scuderia Ferrari are the Yankees of F1. You either love them, or really hate them, but most drivers want the distinction of wearing the red racing suit.
You recognize a stupid journalist whenever they ask: "How do you feel being part of this team?" - Oh, I feel sad... I feel sorry... I feel desperate... - Read a bit about the sport, and then make some more coherent and technical questions!
Ferrari hasnt been competitively dominant since mick Schumacher. Sure.. they won some after Schumacher but not dominant like vettel 4 in row or Hamiltons run. Even the run max is having now is dominant
I started watching in 2021 and 2021 was the last year i watched. Clearly an agenda on that last race, things weren't going to end accusing to plan and it was adjusted. Since then how am i to believe it's a legit sport. Like anything else is
Max isn’t my favourite driver but I admire his skill. Someone needs to bring the fight to REDBULL this year or the sport of F1 will need a revamp. Oh 2026… 😂
I hope Checo enjoys his last year of limelight. Because I think that after this year and he’s replaced at Red Bull, I don’t think he’ll ever be in the spotlight again. I do not believe that Checo has what it takes to be a world championship, driver or a number one driver on a team. I do believe he is a good driver, but he’s not a elite driver and will never be. He just doesn’t have it. But good luck to him and Red Bull this year.
He's talking about he doesn't think about it 🙄 what about your first 6 years!? I bet he was thinking of it then, crashing into everyone and everything🤣
Formula 1 is 100% an engineering competition. It doesn’t even matter if you’re the greatest driver in the world. If you don’t have the car your season is over.
Please show me the rules where it says he can't come to the paddock when his son races. But I guess you are a RB insider that is there every week and knows how often Jos is or isn't there and how much influence he does or does not have. Always funny, armchair experts.
Sergio Pérez downplaying the shenanigan season he had last year. He embarrassedly spend the majority of 2023 pin balling his car around the tracks and into other drivers.
The fake 2021 champion speaks. Red Bull 2023 car, has been the most dominant in recent times, yet these are the same people who were saying it's just the car and calling F1 boring when Mercedes were winning with a less dominant car, jokers!
Max, why you don't just state the truth: You hoping that your car can be 1s faster than others. 2023 was becouse no one had a car to challenge RB period!! Just hope other teams messed-up like they have been for the past 2 years and you may even win all races because Perez is so inferior that he can't challenge you.
Sulkstappen. Let’s see what brake check / swerve on the straight / lunge at the corner thinking he owns every corner boy says if he can’t win. Let’s see him hit the sulk button and crash into people if his car isn’t super OP cheat mode. He’ll crash into them, as he used to. Sulkstappen
Ham fan? FYI Lewis history. Overrated and hyped. Never had a slow car. Before his dominance at Merc, his track record wasn't exactly bright: choked in 2007, barely beat Massa in 2008, choked in 2010, beaten by Button in 2011. Matched by Rosberg in 2013. Lost from Rosberg 2016 and now beaten by Russel in 2022. He was good in 2012, had a good rookie year, and that's it. Never dominated a teammate apart from Kovalainen. Button and Rosberg all were close to him, and Bottas was close to him until he got relegated to number 1. His overtaking skills are drastically overrated - he would always complain that he can't get past someone - Verstappen at Australia, a Renault and Sauber (!) at Mexico, Raikkonen, Ricciardo at Austria, Vettel at Baku, Kimi at Brazil. There are more occasions of this in previous years. Fans usually wave at you with his his titles, but his skills aren't goat material. He is good driver in general but very very very overrated and got some good luck with Mclaren en Mercedes. Hamilton lost a title to Nico Rosberg in 2016 in the same car. This is something that also happened to Senna when he lost the title to his teammate in 1989. This puts them in that weird position where other champions have not lost the title in the same car such as Schumacher, Alonso and Vettel. Bias media? How about Nico’s car failure in 2014 in the last race where there were Double Points for grasp. No one says that Nico lost due to mechanical failure. No one comes to defend him. I will point again to 2014 season, where the Pole Trophy was introduced and guess who won it? Yes, it was not Hamilton but his teammate Rosberg who outqualified him in the season 11-6 (if I remember correctly). Again, this shows that in the same machinery, it is very easy possible to outqualify Hamilton. Russel is doing it right now. In this Hamilton-Mercedes era, the titles are way out of reach of any other team. The constructors is decided almost halfway thru the season and only thanks to Rosberg, and now Verstappen, Hamilton was exposed a number of times. Its not simply a matter of Lewis being dominant its the Mercedes Team that is dominant. The legendary Juan Manuel Fangio who won 5 titles with 4 different teams in an era where drivers would die left, right and center. Imagine, in that era, he won a drivers championship at the age of 46 years. If he would have been a British or German driver, you would hear his name at every GP and in every program but unfortunately he belongs to a country that no longer has a representation in F1 and thus no one mentions him. F the British bias media, it just indoctrinates the British with Lewis being goat or legend. He cleary is not.
At the end Max needed a rocket ship to get his first two real championships. Red Bull shut down the idea of Alonso joining a few years back. Rumor had it Hamilton's people inquired about a Red Bull seat, but Christian said "the dynamic wouldn't be right, we're happy with what we have". That sounds like Maxy is content beating rookies 😂 Orange smurfs will make anything up 🤡
@@jean-claudechucklee7911 Just look at yourself, trying you very best to cope with it. You sound very frustrated and worried. Goodluck with coming years, Verstappen is going to let you cry a whole lot more!
