The way you made a tiny part of the two track pieces black to make them stand out while the coaster is blue is hilarious.

Haha, true. I thought maybe they kind of look like boosters that way and don’t take away from the aesthetic. Probably harder to see in the video, though 😮

I've only seen pov videos of this ride and never riden it, but I can say this very close to the real thing. Great job on the tutorial, too.

I was able to make a non-boosting version of Mr Freeze without OpenRCT2 (using Classic specifically) but it was much shorter.

I wonder if theres a way to make a piece that is pre edited like that so you can just place your "vertical booster" section without doing the editing every time. Food for thought, but this is insanely cool either way, very nice.

Thanks! Unfortunately when you save the track with the booster chain turned on, it’ll put the chain lift on both tiles when you build it. Not sure the developers have any plans to create such a track piece. I’d like to see boosters then can reverse, personally.

If you go to vehicles you can actually reverse the trains

Yeah, it's very easy to switch it to Reverse Blast. I was going after the St. Louis version which is no longer reversed. Couldn't find a logo that didn't have reverse blast in it, though

anyone tried to see if this method works for swing-launch designed coasters, specifically, if it's possible to make backwards boosters without the use of shoe-stringing?

I don’t think this method would work for backwards boosters. Hopefully someday they will add that capability.
