I made a slightly unique tiramisu using frozen whipped cream. This tiramisu is one step ahead in appearance.

:Ingredients:
cream cheese 100g
20g sugar
1 egg yolk
150g thawed frozen whipped cream (Amandi whip)
Commercially available sponge cake as appropriate
2g (1 teaspoon) instant coffee
15g sugar
50g water
How to make:
1.Beat 100 g cream cheese to a smooth consistency.
2.Add 20g of sugar, 1 egg yolk, and 150g of thawed frozen whipped cream in this order, stirring each time.
3.Put the mixture into a piping bag and store in the refrigerator.
4.Cut a commercially available sponge to fit the container.
5.Put 2g (1 teaspoon) of instant coffee, 15g of sugar, and 50g of water into a heat-resistant container and heat in a 600W microwave for 20 seconds to dissolve the sugar.
6.Soak the sponge from (4) in the coffee syrup from (5) and attach it vertically to the wall of the container.You only need to soak it in coffee syrup for a moment. If it was soaked too much, the sponge would become sticky and it was difficult to stick it vertically.
7.Insert the piping bag from (3) deep into the container and squeeze out the cream.I made three 145ml containers, and used about 190g of the cream. About 100g remained.
8.Sprinkle with cocoa powder.
9.Done.If you want more cream cheese, add a little bit of milk to adjust the consistency.
