I 100% agree with how you journal, I’m the same way! I started a weeks this year and it’s basically my daily dairy too. And as for forgetting what you did the day before when filling in your weeks, I had the same issue too, so I started to make quick notes throughout the day in my regular planner that I can look back on when writing in my weeks.
