Here in Toledo Ohio we love Efren and Django not just for their talent but also the sportsmanship they show to their opponents. Efren is still a great promoter of the game and I love watching his current matches in the Philippines!
Efren, you have me by 3 years and I enjoy watching the Older Wise Men continue to Kick Butt!!! Lol Thank You for all the great Entertainment! From, NW Pennsylvania to The GOAT Of All Time! Rock On And God Bless!
I realize cameras weren't exactly top notch in 2001... but the quality of this video is just atrocious. Why are the colors so washed out? You literally can't even tell which ball is which. I've seen better footage from the 70s. This looks like someone recorded a recording of a recording that was recorded off of a CRT TV before being compressed down to a filesize that could be emailed to a 1997 AOL email address. That being said, it's always fun to watch Efren play. So, thanks for sharing!
I would like to comment on this REFFERE. I have seen her in many many videos with BATA playing. She is a dedicated professional that takes her duties and responsibilities serious. She is a pleasure to watch doing her job!!! I WOULD LIKE TO SEE A SPECIAL VIDEO DEDICATED TO TELLING HER STORY!!! SHE HAS BEEN DOING THE REFFERING FOR AS LONG AS EFFERN HAS BEEN PLAYING AND I THINK SHE HAS EARNED AND DESERVES THE RECOGNITION!!!!!
Efren is great and all but he's not even top 5 all-time my guy. He's has the BEST PERSONALITY of them all though. NEVER arrogant, always stays humble. Plus the way he ALWAYS respects his opponents and plays a fair game, is respectable. I mean we all know Efren had no chance against guys like Buddy Hall, Harold Worst, and Earl Strickland. Efren admitted he was terrified of Buddy Hall.
