Such a fun Vlogmas!! As a Frederick County resident its so fun to see the local landmarks. I only wish I could have fan girled you in Joann's/Michaels's (not in a creepy way). I love that my 5 year old loves to watch your videos with me, and I never worry about what she will see, although now she's incessantly asking to learn to knit, so thanks for that! lol. Any tips for teaching the littles? I learned from a book. I have no idea how to teach her.

I’m making them 2 colors: they are off white and have a colored cuff. I will embellish them with hanging initials and a few little bells like I did my other ones. I will show them on my channel this week - I have a small RU-vid channel 😊) and I showed them yesterday on my IG. I loved seeing that you are also making yours also, it gave me inspiration to keep going. Thank you 😊🎅🏼🎄

your Sophie shawl is GORGEOUS!!! Are you knitting a particular size of the shawl? Or just going by how many skeins of the yarn you have?

thank you 🥹🥰 i’m so pleased with it so far. i’m knitting the largest size bc i love a big generous wrap in a shawl… but honestly this pattern would be so easy to adapt to however large or small you want it!

@@MaressaMade haha - I'm the same way! If it doesn't give me the silhouette of an 1800s peasant in the deep winter, the shawl is not big enough. I've made a couple of Sophie Scarves but now I (obviously) must have a shawl.
