Yes, Delta as someone who has been in the kitchen at Olive Garden. I can tell you that everything is homemade. yes the Alfredo is made fresh and lasagna etc sometimes they might have a premade sauce but that’s about it. They still have to cook the meat cook the noodles etc. it’s not as fast food as most people think it’s definitely not frozen entrées lol.
