Start to end repair of a beautiful TVR Tuscan using Colourlock products. We restored the whole interior as well as the steering wheel.
The repair is broken down into 3 steps:
1- Prep
2- Mix Paint and Fill

Hi Ram, a couple of questions: 1) Could you please do a video showing just the cleaners at work? I’m curious as to how powerful they are. 2) That grease absorber sounds great for steering wheels. Could you do a more detailed video on it please?

Hi there Tony, Of course! We are working on a few videos at the minute but as soon as those are done I'll make an in depth video on just our cleaners. The same goes for the steering wheel...in fact that might be sooner as I'll run to the breakers in the next couple of weeks to get a mashed up steering that we can fix! I have a Tuscan with that light grey interior and although it's not nearly as bad as the one you repaired, the drivers side outer bolster is looking to be in need of repair. Can you guys repair it or can I buy the kit to do it myself. Exact same colour! Cheers

Hi Ram , is it possible too just use a sponge too dye large areas With the leather colour ?

I know people who have done it but it could leave streaks - not to mention it would take too long also. Applying the colour is not so much an issue and can be done with a sponge but the top coat will have to be sprayed. If you try to sponge the top coat it will mess up the whole repair ...Hope this helps.

Let me add to this. We have two product ranges - the professional range and the DIY range. The colouring product in the DIY range is called Leather Fresh - this can be applied with a sponge as it is a one step paint system.

I know Tuscan’s have a reputation for scaring their drivers, but that interior was quite heavily soiled.

Yes, it was. Took a lot f elbow grease to get it clean but its important to clean and degrease very well to ensure the paint sticks and bonds to the surface.

There s only a problem: you filled half of the holes of the seat's structure applying the new paint... So now half are still visible and half not and this Is not a perfect repair on my point of view
