INGREDIENTS
For approximately 34 cookies (approximately 17 of each one)
MASS
1 heaping tbsp soft unsalted butter or butter
1 level tbsp powdered or icing sugar
4 tablespoons of 0000 or all-purpose flour
1 heaping tbsp soft unsalted butter or butter
1 level tbsp powdered or icing sugar
3 tablespoons of 0000 or all-purpose flour
1 tbsp bitter cocoa
GLAZED
105 gr powdered or icing sugar
Water necessary amount until reaching the consistency
*You can do the total and divide into 3 and color according to your taste or do as in the video one by one.
Oven at 170ºC for 8 minutes.
Drying may take an hour or more depending on the humidity of the environment.
