In this video we will see how to make poori recipe in tamil. Poori is a classic breakfast recipe with is enjoyed with kilangu. Hot fluffy pooris with kilangu / sambar along with a cup of coffee is a great start to the morning. In this recipe we are going to make these fluffy pooris using wheat flour. In order to get the pooris to puff up we need to prepare the dough to the right consistency. The oil temperature is the next variable, if the temperature of oil is too low while frying, the poori will soak up a lot of oil, so make sure that the oil is hot before frying.
Puri Recipe:
Flour 200g
Rava 100g
Salt 15g
Warm Water 150ml
Potato Curry:
Potato 200g
Onion 50g
Rambai Leaf Small Piece
Curry Leaf 5 Leafs
Green Chili 4
Papper Powder 2 Tsp
Turmeric Powder 1 Tsp
Salt 10g
Water 100ml
Little cumin,Fennel,Mustard all One Tsp
