Shows a young Lincoln taking a break from rail splitting to read a book.
3. Professional Life in Illinois: Depicts Lincoln standing in front of the Illinois State Capitol, symbolizing his early political career.
4. Presidency in Washington, D.C. Shows the half-completed U.S. Capitol dome, representing his presidency during the Civil War.
