We truly don't know who won this sparring. Always the one who learns more and takes notes on their mistakes are the ones who win the sparring session not the one who hits more. For example if you wanna practice your head movement and you get tagged alot in sparring, it doesn't mean you lost, if that sparring helped you with your head movement and will make you 1% better that's more than enough to win that session
because no one had their hands in defense, these days all young boxers have their hands down for some reason, i guess it is until they sparr without face protecting helmet
I quit in a boxing match because I was still recovering from a blood clot in my lungs and I didn't want anything bad happen to me like a asthma attack or cardiac arrest because I pushed to hard, does that still make me a quitter and a coward? cause some people do
@@chair8953 I completely agree with you, I stopped taking my blood thinners 3 days before, on sparing day, and 3 days after the sparing session then back on eliquis, was taking eliquis, and an inhaler, I just couldn't do boxing without sparing here and there. It was irresponsible of me to do it especially without my doctor knowledge but I stopped boxing until I'm off my blood thinners which should be soon because my blood clot was non genetic the doctor said it was probably an accumulation that happened throughout the years or COVID 19, I understand I shouldn't have done it, I guess I was scared I had a life threatening event and was mad about it.
I like the leftys ribshot at 0:23 seems like something an orthodox dude would do for the liver but the lefty prolly knows if he beats him to it enough times that side will be weaker.
шлема очень хорошие, по крайне мере Winning, это топ шлем. + тут они не в полную силу лупят, а достаточно контролируемо. Ну и в боксе без крепкой башки делать нечего, такой отбор)))
I am personally sick of these nobody's repeating the same words to get their voice heard on camera. Vamos vamos vamos vamos vamos matw if you in a hurry go ahead, nobody's stopping you
@@raymondayala5355 A 6'5", 240 lb. bald guy who can box like a motherfucker. He was training out of San Diego. Last I heard he's training out of Vegas.
I really like this setup, no bullshit music blasting. Just two bros putting in the work. I really hope my old gym didn't have to blast that trash filth.
We have all sinned and fallen short of Gods glory sin is terrible because of sin we are separated from God but gladly here is the good news Jesus Christ came and walked this earth for everyone taught us the perfect way to live and how we should live and he died for our sins because we need a sacrifice to pay the price for our sins since our sins deserve hell if we live in sin but also more good news Jesus rose from the dead three days later we have to leave the sin behind and put it away and live new with Jesus this world is like a vapor it passes away but your eternity is forever and it is up to you what you want to do with it Jesus Christ is coming soon….
that is true to a certain extent. At least, it applies on a layer of padding to your head so the impact won't be as hurtful. That's why light sparring is that way to go. Yeah it's not good to get in the head too many times but I know for sure heavy sparring will highly increase the chances of concussion if you hard spar too many times
The reason is because it's easier/faster to slip punches for a counter when your hands are down(also I guess style points) your right tho, keeping your hands up at all time s would protect u alot more. Alot of counter punchers(especially good ones) keep hands down and risk getting hit just to try to slip it for a chance to score a very powerful counter punch.
@@SandaBoxing correct and I’m betting you are to or some old fart who does box. Also to end this now, I think they could use more work. They could just be tired but if it’s what the gentleman said above then they could just be putting on a show. Headgear also makes you too comfortable
