Hi Ma'am My son is 21 months old and speaks around 25 words. But mostly uses gestures, but as u said after seeing your video I started to not understand his gestures to which he shows frustration but still doesnot speak. What should be done in this case. Please help.

I removed all number puzzles and alphabet puzzles first, then my boy improved very fast.. after year I gave him the same puzzles but he was not so obsessed with it..

Ma'am mera beta 3 y 9 months woh pehle thik tha but dhire dhire baat karna chod diya tha doctors bole adhd hay. Speech therapist wale bola autisim hay high wala.. 2 months maine therapy karwaya koi fayda nehi hua phir maine khud se kar rahi hun to woh thik ho rha hay.. Me hai 3years back doctor ke pas legayete usko mild adhd bolhai 1month classes karvayehai uske bad lock down hogaya me ghar pe usko abcd, 123, hindi ke swar daily sikati hu. Par vo 2saalse sikh rahahai abibi bhool jata hai aur hamare ghar se theropy classes bahut dur hai

6 year old child is not able to identify alphabets in English but able to write them ,what can be done to make him recognise the alphabets?can recite them but unable to identify which alphabet is what.

Mam my son spins everything not only toy even things.ex - 20lit empty bottle he spins.this may be he is doing to get visual stimulation.so want to know when he is doing this I should stop him or not? I have not given much screen time from starting. no sugar, no milk I think it's been more than year I stopped all these things.he doesn't ask for chocolate,chips biscuit.even if i try to feed he avoid.he is the first kid I have seen in my life who doesn't like these things.my son stand in balcony and love to watch big transport vehicles.
