those are fire but not in the same tier, I would say those are a honorable mention like the Yutos. BxR, Jarritos, and Aprils are in a higher tier imo.

I think we used the term best shoe of the year to losely. In my opinion a shoe of the year should be considered as a grail shoe to most. Not just a shoe that looks somewhat nice but. Doesn't have much of a good story and not really that much detail on the shoe that set it apart from other dunk shoes beside the chrome swoosh. Which still has been done before.

too much heat this year with sbs: 4s, BxR, Jarritos, April. Seems like each one is a sneaker of the year depending on who you ask. Honorable mention would be the Yutos.

My personal top 5 sbs this year are Jarritos Sb 4 Yuto Ramelzee Tightbooth Dont care for born x raised i think they are overrated and aprils would probably come in 6th place followed by run the jewels lows

Head and shoulders above all the other SB dunk releases from this year. These look fresh, clean and fun. Born & Raised are hideous w that writing on the front, Rammellsee dead ugly w that granny dress fabric, and the Yutos are boring. Jarritos are nice but these are way better.

Being super limited should never be a check box for nominees for Shoe of the year. L&F did hella crazy last year and had way more stock, even after it got backdoored all to hell. This goes to show you people only care about rarity and value.... fuk what the shoe is or what it looks like I guess.
