I could not survive on this little food lol but chik-fil-a is definitely filling. I've never had their cookies. Tara if you want a quick, easy meal - baked salmon with blackened seasoning OR pan fried shrimp with chili powder, garlic, whatever really ... some rice, some shredded lettuce, mango salsa, and some mayo mixed with sriracha. Mango salsa = mango, red pepper, jalapeno, lime juice, pinch of salt. Oh you can add cilantro or cucumber if you want. Anyway, it takes about 15 minutes and is one of my go-tos.

Do you have a Simple Modern Trek? I’ve watched you since I was pregnant with my first daughter (over 5 years ago now) and I feel like I relate to you so much, especially in terms of like your style preferences and SM just seems like it would be up your alley. Hi Tara, thanks for sharing! 😀Just thought I'd mention that Dr. Pepper no sugar has aspartame in place of sugar which has been linked to cancer. Additionally, the Starbucks drink in morning has sucralose which may be linked to the same.... it also has 29 g of sugar. Not sure you look at the ingredients or care but since you have so many subscribers it may be helpful. Sorry to be a Debbie downer but thought I'd say something if it can help someone.

It’s also been shown that it would take many Dr. Pepper a day for the aspartame to cause any issues. And many studies have shown zero link between cancer and sucralose.

@@jojogarcia396 Olipop is really good it is relatively new. It comes in a lot of flavors one is vintage cola. I am not sure about the water quality of it but the other ingredients are great and it tastes good. Also I have started drinking filtered water with lemon and stevia which tastes just like lemonade. Stevia is all natural. I am going to start looking into natural flavoring for water next.

Olipop taste nothing like soda. It was definitely not the best. I tried two flavors and decided never again. I tried the cola was just not good

NJ schools don’t have “meet the teacher” or homecoming parades and things! I wish! We had kindergarten orientation and graduation but my son is starting 1st grade tomorrow and I wish they had a meet the teacher before he started

Yes, I totally understand the use of disposable plate when you have lots of guests over or when you’re trying to clean up fast after dinner, but one breakfast plate can totally be put in the dishwasher.

Girl your diet is horrible! I think because you have a great metabolism your not motivated. I get it! I was the same way in my early 30s now I'm in my 50s have multiple health issues including stage 2 breast cancer!!!
