Alan Bragg cannot prosecute federal crimes. He has bootstrapoed what is a misdemeanor into a felony by saying the misdemeanor was done in the act of a criminal act, yet they haven't defined what that criminal act was. So that is like saying we're charging you with something, but wont tell you until the end if the trial, so you can't defend against it. Then there is jurisdiction issues as the supposed criminal act (not yet defined) is a federal law that bragg does not have the jurisdiction to prosecute and if trump hasnt been prosecuted or found guilty on that supposed federal crime, how can the misdemeamor be elevated to a felony as it is based on the aid of a federal crime that hasn't been prosecuted let alone gound trump guilty. This is almost like a preventative prosecution. We will charge you with a felony because we think you may do one in the future.

Trump lost by over 7 million votes in 2020, then along came January 6th and he incited a riot, followed by the January6th House Committee investigation, then he was indicted 4 times on 91 charges, then he lost civil lawsuits in NY to the tune of 83 and 354 million respectively, then he was labelled as an insurrectionist and violator of the Constitution, along came the recent GOP primaries where he did not perform as well as a one time president should have, in fact lost Vermont. So, how can he win the election in November when he lost thousands of votes in the last three years. Well, he can't, in fact he will get destroyed at the ballot box by Biden, case closed!

Bad news, Trump lost by over 7 million votes in 2020, then along came January 6th and he incited a riot, followed by the January6th House Committee investigation, then he was indicted 4 times on 91 charges, then he lost civil lawsuits in NY to the tune of 83 and 354 million respectively, then he was labelled as an insurrectionist and violator of the Constitution, along came the recent GOP primaries where he did not perform as well as a one time president should have, in fact lost Vermont.
