In this video, I show you how to make amazingly delicious, low-carb, and healthy peanut butter cookies in two variations, one of which is a vegan recipe.
They are similar, but there are differences: vegan cookies are more crumbly and similar to shortbread, and the second peanut butter cookie is softer and similar to gingerbread. Both are delicious, choose according to your preference :)
VEGAN VERSION
Caloric value per 100g: 396

Ingredients for 8 pieces
- Peanut flour 100 g. + 1 tbsp.
- Coconut milk 50 ml.
- Leavening agent 5 g.
- Sweetener 4g (10 times sweeter than sugar)
- A pinch of salt
Bake at 180°C (356°F) for 15 minutes.

Ingredients for 8 pieces
- Peanut flour 100g + 1 tbsp.
- Egg 1pc.
- Soft cottage cheese 25g.
- Baking powder 5g.
- Sweetener 4g (10 times sweeter than sugar)
- A pinch of salt
Bake at 180°C (356°F) for 20 minutes.
