Before he came 11th time, he was fully under stress, judging by his tail. He definitely knew that it's very dangerous what he is about to do, yet he did it anyway. This proves that mices are very intelligent creatures, but like some of the humans, they will make a mistake for sake of pleasure.
No, the mouse didin't knew it was a trap, animals think but doesn't really know nothing, they just imagine or figure out, but doesn't really know anything like we do, for example, animals didin't know they're going to die.
@@robertobeltran5090 Wanna bet? There are some types of rats that are as smart as humans. I've been reading up on them as we recently discovered a rat problem on the back screened in porch. And they ARE very smart. We tried putting the regular wooden traps out - they avoid them like the plague. So, I think we will try the above method as I don't like the glue ones - too cruel - Susan Burns
There are hundreds of million-dollar productions out there on Netflix, Amazon Prime, Disney+, etc. But this 8 minutes of rat video was more engaging, entertaining and suspenseful than most of them.
That was pure genius! So simple and effective. I laughed at the little bits of animation and the music and sound effects were perfect. Thank you for making this video. I enjoyed it!
This has got to be the best mouse trap video I have ever seen very animated and comically entertaining alot of thought and effort went into producing this video! Kudos 100 percent.
The mouse knew it was a trap, but couldn't resist. Let this be a lesson to you. What do YOU want real bad? Is it a trap? What's the worst that could happen? Is it worth the risk?
Two things I would do. Don’t put peanut chips in the tray. Smear a little peanut butter in the middle of the tray and glue the half of a peanut to the side of the stick, instead of wedging it at the top. Then he can more easily reach it and try to pull it off the stick.
Very professionally edited. But you don’t need to show seven minutes of the mouse coming and going. That gets boring and you’re likely losing viewers. Also, don’t use white graphics on a white background. Makes it very hard to read the graphics.
У неё разрыв сердца от страха случится! Вообще-то они быстрее гибнут от голода и холода, когда нечего кушать. Теоретически прогрызть - раз плюныть, но мозгов не хватает и зубы расположены так, что плоская поверхность ими не грызётся.
Unlikely (in the short term). The teeth need a starting point, and the surfaces are smooth, slippery, and have no easy grab points pointing inward. We made a trap out of a shoebox and the mouse only escaped (the first time) because there was a small hole that it could rip away at and enlarge. It could not bite the soft flat cardboard walls.
I hope you got rid of that mouse. An angry mouse I don't want too deal with because they get angry at the smallest things(they start biting and clawing). Getting rid of them is so hard and they always have reinforcements. I hate mice and rats.
It's funny how many people think this rat is a mouse 🙂 it's a young rat, but it's definitely a rat🐀🐀🐁🐁🐭🐭 Great video! Very suspenseful, and great editing! Great leading rat too! Sure to be a big star someday! 😉😁
After getting trapped the mouse is running inside the box and screaming - I knew it was a trap, I knew it, I knew, I am such a fool.. Aughh... If my friends find out they gonna mock me forever...
This looks like it will catch a mouse but the only problem I see with it is that the mouse can do chew through that material and escape. Mice can through chew through just about anything. It should be a much thicker & harder plastic to prevent this.
I love the idea. The trigger pressure is way too high. Mouse could have been caught much earlier. Maybe trim down the bottom of the wooden stick into a pencil shape. It needs to tumble over with the slightest touch. I'm gonna try it tonight. Thank you.
The idea is good enough but not the material. If you are not quick enough to move the box, the mouse will very likely find its way through the plastic wall. I have had bins with 1 inc. lid and seen the holes a mouse can make to get down to the contents. Glass may be an option...otherwise you just have to be quick! 😊😊
Just leave the peanut on the bottom when you set the stick so it doesn't pop off while flipping it back over. The mouse will pull the stick out pulling the peanut. This mouse was as timid as they get!
Ive seen Rat vids Where one Goes Head first into a rat TrAp Next to where One of their Buddies has his head Pinned Down. This one was a little too Smart
You don't need the extra peanuts in the trap. They just fill up the rat then he's not that interested in the larger prize. They can smell the just one peanut from the other side of the house. Or introduce the rat afterwards to Cuddles, the pet python.
If you let them go then it will cause problems for others. Or for you again. We just recently got a proper mouse trap and after catching some, we just put the trap under water for a couple of minutes. From then those mice are delivering some healthy, good quality infield for our favourite plants. :)
I have never seen such simple way of making a mouse trap at home. All the national and international videos on this issue that I have seen fall short in comparison.
Thanks very much for your inspirations! I'm recently having some mouse nightmares and have watched some of your other designs. This one looks simple enough for me to DIY!😁 Hope it works!
@@sergeyy-ber He did so many times , he didn't trust the box as you can see , in comparison to other animals they wouldn't suspect the box is dangerous or a trap also the video got cut so we don't know if he tried to escape after getting caught
I wonder: 1. If the trap happens to snap close while the rat is still outside - might it ever once try to get the peanut a second time? 2. How long would it take for the rat to get out after being trapped - hours or minutes...?
No mice around my house but the RATS toat go after my chicken feed are WAAAAAY too big to fit into such a container and would probably chew their way out of such thin plastic before I got there to find them.
Parece que el actor a pasado por varias pruebas en las cuales a sido atrapado y por eso se muestra desconfiado Espero que esta vez su instinto de supervivencia no falle y pueda recoger su alimento sin problemas y lo pueda disfrutar
@@MS-ff8vj - No, actually poison is better than glue traps given poison kills in hours, while glue traps can take days. The most humane/least cruel death is the method that kills as quickly/instantly as possible and doesn’t impart long term suffrage. Don’t just take my word as gospel, take a look at the stats on glue traps and see for yourself. Glue traps actually should be band, seeing how there are much more intelligent/effective methods available.
@@__WJK__ LOL people like you care more about Pest than Humans. I love traps so I can hear then and boil hot water and toss on then u til their eyes pop out.
Even though Mice can't resist peanuts or peanut butter, the Ones where I live would just chew through the take out container. I know this because I have seen cheap take out containers that they have chewed through.
Este video tiene más suspenso que una de Hitchcock, xd. Y el pequeño actor toda una estrella, imposible matarlo, si atrapas a uno así te lo quedas de mascota.
Good idea! I think it would work even better if the food was larger and therefore easier to bite onto. Maybe a piece of dried bacon or cheese that won't break apart.
I wonder if it wouldn't make the trap spring a bit sooner to forego the extra pieces of peanut and instead put a bit of peanut butter on the stick on the end near the trigger peanut, close enough to the end that it can only be reached from inside. This would bring the rat's attention more immediately to the trigger peanut, and might just trigger the trap while the rat is eating the peanut butter.
The mouse could chew through the container in no time. I was able to trap one in a plastic fish tank thinking I’d keep him in there till I killed it but right in front of my own eyes it actually jumped up and held on to the grated plastic top like he was doing pull-ups and chewed right through within seconds and got away from me.
Do you know how long it will keep him in there? It seems like they could chew through that clamshell especially at the vent holes pretty easily....like mine is most active at night I would not be able to retrieve him and dispatch him elsewhere until the morning... I have a roof(?) rat (my idiot cat brought in) do you think it would hold him?
Nice video Of course you might as well make that trap out of old cheddar cheese instead of plastic.... Because any mouse could chew through that plastic in seconds
Reading various comments, its amazing to me reading the ones that are overly critical. Actually, want to criticize and instruct on how you could have 'made a better mousetrap' than the one that DID trap the mouse. Mission accomplished! Additionally, you made the video VERY entertaining. Can only imagine how those people must drive the people around them nuts (no pun intended)! Rather than a 👍up and kudos they look to be negative. Sad people. P.S. Great trap...just the way you designed it! 👋 I'm going to buy a plastic container of croissants while shopping today 😁
I don't know why the peanut has to be on the top of the stick? It would probably work just as well with the peanut under the stick. It would have saved you the trouble of flipping the trap.
Good basic idea.... but needs improvements. Bait needs to be lower with more sensitive triggering mechanism. Perhaps cutting the support stick in half, attaching the bait close to the cut and offsetting the stick ends so very little force causes the support stick to collapse.
Después aunque me dé asco, me da placer matarlas. Las ahogo.
