Wow! On glide mode, you just made a surveillance drone. Paint it sky blue and white. Leave the nav-lights off when on, "duty," The name, "Slow Surveillance."
The deep wing chord results in a very small aspect ratio which in turn produces massive wingtip vortices. Those vortices do cause a lot of drag, making it that slow. Highly inefficient and therefor nice and slow.
Help : you are on the path I want to take! im was going to make the FT exployer-... only think I didn't like /was the wing!!! I wanted it slower fly #1- #2 takes video..... PLease do a plans of the wings??? luv the under cupped and the over top curve.. both = sloooow! Name it : Wind Walker/or crawler :>)
