Bear's garlic is growing right now, it's nice green and fresh❤ This plant is tasty and very healthy. I love making this pastry at home. It's very tasty and soft💜💜 Be sure to try it, I'm sure you'll like it!!!
We need:
For the dough:
500g plain wheat flour
100 ml yogurt
50 ml of oil
50 ml olive oil
200ml milk (sometimes 250ml)
21g of fresh yeast
1.5 teaspoons of salt
2 tablespoons of sugar
For the filling:
Bear's garlic (wild garlic fresh leaves)
Cheese in brine
a little salt
On top:
1 yolk
1-2 tablespoons of water
