I find this recipe very simple and very tasty! It didn’t last a day in my home and I’ll love for you to try it and give me a thumbs up in the comments.
* 2 tbsp. Groundnut oil
* 1 bulb Onions
* 1 Clove Garlic
* 2 cups of Rice
* 4 tbsp. Coconut milk
* Turkey stock
* Shredded Turkey
* 2 tbsp. Sesame oil
* Carrot (Sliced)
* 3 tbsp. Coconut flakes
* Seasoning (2 cubes)
* ½ tsp. Fresh pepper
* Bell pepper (Green and Red)

Just made this - I mixed coconut cream with the milk for a creamier texture and used smoked turkey! and it's soo good!! Thanks for the great recipe and tips!

This coconut rice is really worth the time and effort put in to it. Delicious is an understatement. Had it for Sunday lunch today. Used sausage and shrimp in place of turkey. Everyone loved it. Thank you.

I made mine Chef T…it tasted so nice but it tasted more like a fried rice coconut rice….please how do we get it to taste more like a coconut rice? I used fresh coconuts strained milk for mine
