Tender stewed rice with meat, onions and carrots, easy to cook
A delicious idea for dinner!
To prepare:
1 onion,
1 carrot,
400 grams of pork,
250 grams of rice (camolino rice variety)❗️
Spices for rice,
paprika,
1 bay leaf,
Salt and water
For cooking, you need a 1.5-liter saucepan, 40 ml of oil, finely chop 1 onion and a carrot, also finely chop the pork into pieces, cover with water and stew for 20 minutes, add salt and 1 bay leaf, pour water over the rice (wash), add to the meat and mix, add salt and spices to the rice and paprika, mix again and
pour 150 ml of water, simmer for 20 minutes, stir over low heat!
Rice should be soft and delicate in taste, delicious!
