@@planespottingathamburg I'm not sure. It's marginally better than the previous 2 Circle K car washes that were plagued with constant problems, out of service probably 60 percent of the time. The current one is only out of service 40 percent of the time.

You must be joking 😃The side brushes were super loose in the rail. The machine started to move forward BEFORE brushes had done their overlap motion. They are not meant to tilt so aggressively. Again they did it due to the loose connection to the rail. This machine had been scrapped a long time ago.

Also the brush pressure is out of control high. Very dangerous!

It is basically the same as Cadillac Catera. This Opel Omega is GM product so Cadillac just imported it to the US with minor changes :D

This is rare to happen. Operator of this system doesn't care. Very irresponsible for customer cars. Side brushes are very loosely attached to the machine. What makes it much worse is, that the brush pressure is set to way too high. I will never come back to this unless they replace the whole machine. This was painful to watch.

Some Christ car washes look same as Autojet, like Sirius and Leanus

@@adamszwarc8398 going by faded memory on some models they don't really change the chassis design, they sometimes install their new Brushless Direct drive motors on the brushes but they do upgrade the Computer to add new features and make it more intelligent

System got confused because of very loose side brushes and brush pressure set too high.

The machine is very clever but clearly something has confused the whole system.

Well this machine is in really bad shape. Owner of this doesn't service it at all. It does the job, but if you have new car with delicate paint this is going to scratch it due to the very aggressive brushes. However for my old car it's better than leave my car dirty. We have a lot of good condition car washes in our town so I really want to avoid this. If this would be only car wash in our town yes I would rather use this than leave my car dirty.

Why you need all these hearts? nobody ever ask those. Are you ok??

Yes it needs. Owner of this system refuses to hire real repairman. He tries to fix it by himself: fail.

I think it needs to be replaced with a newer unit.

I know this comment is 4 years old, but this machine doesn’t use sonar detection. From my knowledge of this machine it simply uses the amperage demanded of the side brush trolley motors to determine whether it’s washing the car or shoving the core into the paint. lol

If She has ever experienced horror like this I can't blame her. This is rare occasion but scary.

They didn't film it. I filmed it. This machine is sad case of lack of maintenance. It can cause damage to the cars :(

This machine was uncervised way too long and caused a lot of problems. Now it's gone and so is the service station.
