Hey man! New moped rider on a '78 Grande and looking around these are some of the best videos I've been able to find about working on the bike which exciting because I want to use it as an opportunity to learn some engine work. Thanks so much and if you end up making any new Vespa or especially Grande specific content, know that at least one dude out in Brooklyn will be completely psyched.
@@jeffreyheath3382 thanks for the kind words. I used an angle grinder with a grinding disc. I grided the brass down till it was flush with the cheeks of the variator.
